Punctuality & Communication
Arrive promptly. Late arrivals or no-shows without notice will be considered cancellations and may incur a fee. Contact us in advance if you anticipate being late.

Final Confirmation
Meeting time and location will be sent by the day before the tour. Register a contact number or email accessible in Japan. If not contacted by 6:00 PM the day before, reach out to MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi using the details on your ticket.

Participation Criteria & Health
Eligible age: 7–59 years
The following individuals are ineligible:

Pregnant individuals (including early stages)

Children aged 0–6

Those with pre-existing medical conditions

Individuals weighing over 100 kg

Those concerned about physical strength or ocean fear—please consult us beforehand

Equipment & Safety
For ocean activities, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is compulsory. Refusal to wear required gear may result in denied participation. Always adhere to the guide’s instructions for safety.

Weather
Tours proceed in light rain but may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.

Pick-Up & Meeting Location
You may be required to meet on-site based on availability. For pick-up service, contact us post-booking.

Attire & Preparation
Wear attire suitable for getting wet. Use restrooms in advance as there are none on-site. Participation under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

Parking
A parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply depending on the site.

Must-See Spots! Pumpkin Cave & Canoeing

Navigate the limestone caves using your entire body. There’s also a diving spot at the end, offering great fun! Access the Pumpkin Hole by canoe. Wearing leggings is advised.
