Punctuality and Communication
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. If a delay is expected, please contact us immediately.

Final Confirmation
Detailed information regarding the meeting point and time will be sent by the day before the tour. Please ensure a phone number or email address is provided where you can be reached in Japan. If no message is received by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the contact details on your ticket.

Eligibility and Health

Age Range: 3 to 65 years old.

Not suitable for: Pregnant women (including early stages), children aged 0-2, individuals with chronic medical conditions, or individuals weighing over 100kg (220lbs).

Weather and Operation Conditions

The tour operates in light rain but may be canceled if field conditions are deemed unsafe.

Minimum Participants: 2 people. If the minimum is not met, a free cancellation will be notified the day before.

As this tour takes place in a natural environment, sightings and activities may vary depending on the weather. Specific wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

In case of poor weather, rescheduling to a different date may be possible.

There are no restrooms at the site. Please use one before arrival.

Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
