Punctuality & Communication
Please arrive on time.
If you are late or do not show up without prior notice, your reservation may be considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
Tour details, including meeting place and time, will be provided by the day before your tour.
Ensure you register a phone number or email address that can be reached in Japan.
If you do not receive any contact by 6:00 p.m. the day before, please contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the information listed on your ticket.

Participation Requirements & Health Conditions
Eligible Age:

SUP: Ages 3–59

Canoe: Ages 3–65

The following individuals cannot participate:

Pregnant individuals (including early stages)

Children under 3 years old

Individuals with medical conditions

Individuals weighing 100 kg or more

Equipment & Safety
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all water activities.
Participation may be refused if you do not comply.
For your safety, please follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the tour.

Weather & Tides
Tours are held in light rain, but may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.

Clothing & Preparation
Please wear clothing that can get wet.
There are no toilets at the activity site, so please use the restroom beforehand.
Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol.

Parking Fees
Depending on the location, an additional parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply.

Tours are offered in Japanese or English.
