Punctuality and Contact
Please arrive on time for the meeting. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be considered cancellations, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate being late.

About Final Review
Details, including meeting point and time, will be provided at least one day before the tour. Register a phone number or email address where you can be reached in Japan. If you do not receive information by 6 p.m. the day before, please contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” as indicated on your ticket.

Conditions and Health
The age range is 3 to 65 years old. The following individuals are not eligible:
・Pregnant individuals (including those in early stages)
・Children 0 to 2 years old
・Those with chronic medical conditions
・Individuals weighing more than 100kg

Weather and operating conditions
Tours will proceed in light rain but may be canceled if field conditions are unsafe. The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants is insufficient, we will notify you of the free cancellation the day before. The tour is designed to explore and observe natural environments, so experiences may vary with the weather. We cannot guarantee specific sightings on the day. If the weather is unfavorable, we can discuss rescheduling.

About preparation
There are no toilets on site, so please use facilities in advance. Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol.

Tours are available in Japanese or English. Please note that depending on reservation status, the service may be available only in Japanese.
