Please choose your preferred activity, SUP or Canoe, at least one day prior to your tour and contact the shop.

・Please inform us in advance if you anticipate being late. Note that failure to contact us or arriving late will be considered a cancellation, and a cancellation fee will apply.

・Depending on the day’s reservation status, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Please be aware of this in advance.

・Meeting and disbanding times may vary based on the season and field conditions. The shop will contact you the day before the tour to confirm the meeting point and time. ・The tour will proceed in the rain; however, it may be canceled if safety cannot be guaranteed.

・Please arrive in attire suitable for getting wet.

・Ensure hands are washed prior to participation. (There are no restrooms near the site.)

・Participants who have consumed alcohol will not be accepted.

・Pregnant guests are not permitted.

・Age requirements: SUP: 3 to 59 years old, Canoe: 3 to 65 years old.

・Guests weighing over 100kg cannot be accommodated for SUP/Canoe activities.
