Please choose your preferred activity, either SUP or canoe, by the day before the tour and inform the shop.

・If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance. Failure to notify us or arriving late will be considered a cancellation, and a cancellation fee will apply.

・Tours will proceed in the rain; however, they may be canceled if safety cannot be guaranteed.

・Participants under the influence of alcohol will not be accepted.

・Pregnant guests are not permitted.

・Age requirements: SUP: 3 to 59 years old, Canoe: 3 to 65 years old.

・Guests weighing over 100kg cannot be accommodated for SUP/Canoe activities.
