Very nice little town with white houses and small alleys. To see. Very good restaurants on the top of town. - Visit the city of Frigiliana in Andalusia. Very nice white town with lots of small alleys. Quite touristy, small shops and taverns or restaurants. You have to go to the top of the village to find restaurants with great views and cheaper than in the village square. Have a good physical condition.

GREAT VIEWS NOT TO MENTION CAKE! - Hello you lot! Although we never went with this tour, we did visit Frigliana, and it was blooming gorgeous. Luckily, we found the place which is a bit of a climb in the car, but ok. (Domestic 0A is scared of heights, but she was fine with this drive). When we got there, the views are breathtaking and it a quaint, quirky village that is well worth the trip. There are plenty of small restaurants and coffee shops and you can see why it’s won the prettiest pueblo title. We went on the tourist train which I 100% recommend. It leaves from the centre of the village and does a round robin. You stop for a bit and the driver gives you a run down of some of the views. Would I go back? Too right squire!

The address of the... - The address of the meeting point was written as Av. de Andalucía, 10, but the actual meeting point was not exectry there, which was very confusing. It could have been easier to find it if it said to wait at the bus stop. On top of that, the bus was 40 minutes late.
The guide was very organized and nice.

Delays - We arrived at the meeting point at 9:30. We waited for 30- 35 minutes for the bus.We did not know if the tour was canceled or what happend. Finally , the bus arrived. None apology or explanation was given. In each town, the free time was 1:30minutes aprox not 2 hours as the itinerary mentioned. Other than that the tour agent was very nice.

Nerja and Frigliana fantastic, Julia Travel could have been better experience. - My husband and I , who are Scottish, went on the Nerja and Frigliana tour on a day that had thunder and lightening and torrential downpours. We expected it to be cancelled. It didn't start off well with the tour guide. He demanded to see the tickets, although our name was on the list. When my husband took time and the embarrassment of others having to wait, found his phone in his top pocket and scrolled through to find the tickets. The tour guide then said "it's OK dont bother get on the bus". There were four languages spoken and when English was spoken everyone started to talk, laugh etc so we couldn't hear properly what the tour guide was saying. It was very rude. Although weather was poor we enjoyed Nerja and Frigliana. I would certainly not go back with Julia Travel due to the off hand nature of the tour guide towards us and with the other three spoken languages and rudeness of other passengers. We are going back to Spain next year and will be avoiding Julia Travel for our trips.

Good trip, bad ways - The trip was quite good, in each place they leave you free some time to see it in your air. The Caesar Guide was telling us several interesting things during the bus journey, you could tell he was very competent. It is a shame that at the end of the trip there was a blur when the bus driver totally lost his way with a passenger who did something he did not like. He shouted at her gravely, and when other passengers cursed him, he undertook the conduct with them. Caesar tried unsuccessfully to calm the mood. This left us with a bad taste after an experience that was being good.
What is mentioned in other posts that the bus takes time to fill up because it makes many stops is true, but I personally prefer that to having to take another bus to get to the starting point.

LOUSY EXPERIENCE WITH A MALEDUCATED GUIDE - The bus arrived 40 minutes late. When he told the guide that he could at least give us an apology, he began to say that “you’d kick the bare minimum, and that he would shut up or not allow us to get on the bus.” He left customers at the stop. There were two buses making the journey, so they mixed customers of one bus and another, The guide (a Rafael) lacked all empathy with the group and made the visit an experience not to recommend.

Better off going by yourself instead!! - FYI: Return travel by public transport (Malaga -Nerja- Frigiliana) is only ~14euros/person; Malaga - Nerja return ticket is less than 11euros/person, and return ticket between Nerja - Frigiliana is ~ 3 euros/person. So when booking this trip, the extra paid should be the premium of not having to worry about the transportation + getting some info about the place right? No, you are so wrong! They don’t do that sorry!
First of all, bus was late for 40 minutes in the morning. On the bus, the speaker was bad so everyone can’t hear tour guide well in the bus, and tour guide told us the wrong time that the bus is leaving when we specifically confirmed with him after, knowing that the sound system was bad.
The bus ended up going back to Malaga without us, didn’t even think of trying to contact people that didn’t get on the bus. Really terrible service, VIATOR is also a really bad travel agent that does not help us to resolve this dispute.

Bad experience. - Very monotonous guide.
We didn't have any information about the Nerja caves.
I wouldn't do it with this company again.
