Money very well invested - We were in Malaga when we saw a tourist bus pass, in all the cities where we go we usually book it. The truth that we were very lucky was a super friendly driver, informed us of everything we could do with our ticket and the truth is that it is worth it. I give 9 to the service and 10 to the driver His name Ivan

Great Bang for Your Buck - First and foremost, there are MANY things to experience in Malaga! I do not know why people have indicated that there were only three things to see in this location! There are so m any attractions and the Hop on and Off Bus is the best way to see it! We started from the cruise port. I did order my tickets in advance, but you can purchase tickets onsite. The buses were there waiting for us when we arrived! There was no problem with frequency of getting a bus for pick up and we never experienced over crowding. The narrating of the sights was perfect and clear. I highly recommend this tour, for Malaga!

Great way to see the city and stars at the train station. - These buses are great in every city too give you a good tour of all the best sights and it's a reasonable price too. Includes a station stop so can be used as transport to town instead of a taxi.

Great way to see all the areas of Malaga (apart from the city centre). - Really enjoyed this bus tour especially as a harbour tour is included in the ticket price. Overall it's not cheap but for the amount of ground the bus and the boat covers, the experience is good value. Easy to buy tickets at various shops or from one of the street sales people. Another benefit is that bus stop 10 is at Gibralfaro Castle, so a long, uphill walk can be avoided. One disappointment was that the audio guide was rubbish, it was garbled and had background noise, to the point we discarded the ear phones and just relied on using the brochure to navigate as we proceeded through the city.

Bad - No explanation during the ride. At the English guests themselves nothing to hear on their channel we still had music.

I am a fan of the Red Bus hop on hop off buses and had many journeys in other cities but this has been the worst I’vehad - This is the worst experience I have ever had on a hop on hop of red bus. We were told that the next bus would be 20mins as we were at the castle we made sure that we were at the stop after 1 hr which was a multiple of 20mins. We ended up waiting over an hr, then we took the bus back to the stop 1 and the commentary didn’t work in English so we wasn’t sure about what the sites were. When we were at stop 1 we then had a further wait for drivers to change without given an advance warning we were told to complain and that we would receive a refund. So that’s what we’re are going to do with this message and I believe that everyone on the same bus is doing the same. I would not use this service again in Malaga.

Complete rip off and no customer service Beware - Hello On the 24th April we purchased 3 tickets from your ticket agent at Malaga train station. She told us the red bus would be with us in 20 mins, that bus came and only had 1 seat so could not get this bus, we waiting a further 10 mins for the next bus, it was raining at the time and the agent said that if we could not get on the next bus she would issue a refund. The bus arrived and she hopped on and said there were seats, however there was only 2 downstairs the rest were upstairs in the rain, and as the bus didn’t have a canopy this would have meant us sitting in the rain, which was not an option, we went back downstairs and took the 2 available seat and 1 had to stand. None of the audio was working so had no clue what we were looking at. At stop 3 the driver started shouting at me to get off the bus or sit down, I explained there were no seats and he proceeded to shout really loudly at me to get off the bus, this was a very passive aggressive attitude from your driver. He then started shouting at others that came down the stairs and others trying to board the bus. This behavior is totally unacceptable and rude. All 3 of us got off the bus and walked back to the sales agent at Malaga train station to get a refund, as at that stage it had taken wasted over an 1.5 hours, but she said it was not possible to issue refund as we had started the trip she then contacted her supervisor who said the same, she said to contact customer service as nothing else she could do. I have done this and all they have done is offer a refund of €5.99 per ticket, we paid a total of €90 and as far as we are concerned got thing for this so an offer of a refund of €5.99 each is a total insult and a rip off

Disaster - Could not choose just the bus tour but was forced to go boating. Nothing to see from the boat trip. 38 minutes wait for the bus was then dropped off in a neighborhood far from downtown end of the drive, so we had to take a taxi back to the city. Far too expensive 328 SEK for 1.5h.

Unimformative - Disappointing. Very difficult to get headset working - changed seats several times. When working not informative; mostly promoting local festivals, long periods of silence. Bus sidelined - we gave up...
