Before beginning the cooking workshop, participants visit the lively Atarazanas Market to explore the finest seasonal and local produce.
Located just a 5-minute walk from the market, in the Art District (SOHO), is our spacious and modern kitchen. It’s a welcoming space that feels just like home.
From the start, guests will enjoy tapas, beginning with a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil featuring various local and award-winning oils, along with our renowned Aloreña olives.
Our team will then guide participants in cooking traditional recipes, “classics” of Spanish, Andalusian, and even Malagueña cuisine, bringing them closer to the experience and tradition of “tapear.”
To complement these delightful bites, an excellent regional wine made from local grapes has been selected.
