Excellent experience in Marine World with food included - We loved the service and customer service, which were very friendly and professional throughout. We opted for a package that included a meal at a lovely restaurant in central Malaga, and it was a perfect choice that complemented the experience very well. No doubt we'll repeat.

Lots of fun in the sun - It was a really fun time and the staff were very helpful in getting us off and back on the boat for the swimming part. I do wish there was more time for swimming, but I would definitely do this again.

SUPER RECOMMENDED - A very nice experience for both children and adults. It is very enjoyable!! Being able to bathe in the open ocean was my dream and I enjoyed it at full strength. The boys very very friendly and attentive at all times. I recommend it 100%

There is no swimming time. It’s just a quick jump with staff yelling if you stay more than a minute in the water - The catamaran is very packed (July season) Every single area of the boat was occupied The swim part is really ridiculous, everybody is lining up to jump on water and you have the staff yelling at you to jump and get immediately back on the boat, swimming is not allowed, I am not kidding you just jump on water and get immediately back in the line to jump again. It’s not a swimming time it’s a touch the water time and get back to line up to jump again. I’ve done boat tours in every country I visited I’ve never seen anything that ridiculous. It’s definitely not a must do in Malaga.

Dont pay by cash on the boat 😅 - Well, the sailing was nice, but nothing so special. You see the coastline and enjoy the sun. However, we didnt swim, too windy. But I would like to share another experience from this trip. We ordered drinks and we were not able to pay with a credit card. Other customers paid with cards, but to us they told that only cash. And they coudlnt count the price for the drinks 🙈 It was clear that the staff wants to earn some extra cash to their pocket 😅😅😅 and definitely, the staff WERE NOT professionals and friendly and nice AT ALL. They were arrogant!!!

Poor communication - Messaged the tour operator to see if we could rearrange due to a no show of our transport. 0 response. Very poor lack of communication. Was not asking for a refund but just to rearrange. This wasn’t something we could control and when I explained the situation I thought I would have least got a response. Nearly £100 wasted on a trip we didn’t get to go on

Fatal - I don't recommend it. Having booked in advance (by phone and whatsapp), we arrived on the day of booking and had not been signed up for the trip. We talked to the guys at the locker and he tells us that it is impossible to ride that they already have all the groupon reservations occupied (having room on the boat) and we ask him if we can get on the next hour and he tells us that we have to pay the difference since it is sunset time We call the office and the phone jumps from a locker in valence and the employee calls the manager and apart from not letting us talk to her they also do not give us solution In conclusion, don't ride because you don't have any options when faced with any problems

Very dissatisfied with the service - I was really disappointed after they changed my booking less than 24 hours in advance for a different one. I do not enjoy the experience at all.
