As the tour crosses the mountains, it arrives at a quaint town with a population of 5,000. Here, participants will wander through fields that are entirely organic and free from pesticides, featuring ancient vineyards, almond, and olive trees.

Following a 40-minute educational walk, the tour continues with a short 5-minute drive to a cooperative where grapes and olives are processed organically. Experience the fascinating transformation of grapes into wine and olives into oil and snacks.

The tour’s highlight takes place in the hangar, where there will be a guided tasting of 5 wines, 3 olive oils, and snack olives, all paired with tapas such as tortilla, almonds, chorizo, cheese, and more.
