Adrenaline by name and nature - We had a bumpy start (make sure you contact the operator’s number to arrange a specific pick up location) but they were very good about rescheduling later in the day (which meant an upgrade to a moped instead of the ATVs due to the heat). Dom (the hotel pick up driver) and Arnesto (our moped guide) looked after us very well and made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable with the activity & equipment. Would have liked more time to stop and enjoy the vista of the orange rock formations but the mopeding required a lot of concentration. Thoroughly recommend this activity as it is a great way to see a different (natural and beautiful) area than just the Strip.

UTV - From pick up to drop off the service was great! Delvon our driver kept us informed on what to expect, gave us some tips that came in handy. The ride took us through some amazing views of the desert and the UTVs were great handling the terrain. Came for my husbands 40th and he loved it!

Family friendly while challenging. Pictures don’t do it justice. - Delvon picked us up at the hotel and the ride was maybe 45 mins? They provided sandwich sandwiches from subway and plenty of cold bottled water. We brought some Propel packs. We wore jeans and long sleeves and bought a $5 neck gator there because we forgot ours and the fine sand red dust will cover you. We had our licenses and signed waivers. They provided helmets and goggles. We watched a safety video and went over operation and we were off. The initial road is being paved and up to the first stop it was relatively easy and scenic. I was getting used to the ATV and maneuvering and sight seeing! You can’t take pics while you’re driving, you could maybe wear a go pro. After the 2 nd and3rd stops where we had lunch, water and restroom breaks, it got way more challenging. You are putting the vehicle to work doing what it was meant to do! My thumb was tired. My thighs got a workout. It was a great way to see the desert and mountains and learn about the Valley of Fire area. There were side by sides instead of ATVs with foot pedals and 2 seater atvs. We also brought a change of clothes for the ride back to hotel. One guide took 4 of us and another guide took another 4. It was good to get off the Strip and experience the rest of the terrain. Thank you to our guides.

Highly Recommend - Had an amazing time! Everyone nice and trial is a lot of fun with serious drive time and play drive time. Absolutely beautiful! I recommend getting the face covering! Thankfully we did and it was a saver. Picked us up at the Trump, ride to Valley of the Fire was fine. Did a quick safety briefing then we were off. Highlight of the trip and would do again!

Great tour / nightmare shuttle ride - The tour itself was great - a good mix of easy trails and some more challenging trails. Our tour guide was very professional and friendly!
The only reason I deducted a star is due to the shuttle van driver to/from tour site and our hotel. Although the driver was kind and friendly, he drove like a bat out of hell! There were multiple times that all 10 passengers gasped in shock and fear at the speeds he was driving, how fast he was taking turns and his unsafe and illegal passing of vehicles in front of us!

Bad communication with customer - Booked through Priceline and it was overbooked. Someone from the ATV called and said they could move it to the next day. This person was supposed to call back to let me know if they could pick me up at my hotel. They never did. I couldn’t call all day to ask because I was on another day tour with no cell service. I was left in the dark, unable to go with my son, and lost out on $400 because I was still charged. I was looking forward to go on this ATV tour but was greatly let down.

Plenty others to choose from. Skip this one. - I could name several issues. But I’ll leave it to the most important one, Safety. My friend and I were overheated. We asked to go back. The guides had no cell service to arrange it without turning everyone around. They had no plan for safety issues. No walkie talkies even. We had to ride w the guide, which was still very hot. Then his ATV broke down. At this point I was worried about my safety. We were at least an hour away in the desert, 100 degrees and midday sun. After 4 breakdowns w the ATV my friend and I were separated and put in other people’s multi seat atvs. Eventually we made it back. But once the ATV broke down the first time… it went from fun to actually afraid of being stuck in the desert w no phone. There were several other issues, but this one is the most important. If they don’t set up an action plan or have walkies to communicate w base to send a truck to collect heat exhausted customers, they are going to end up getting someone killed.

Totally Unreliable - They are unreliable as they didn't show up to pick us up. After an hour of waiting we had to phone them. They then told us that they would be with us soon so we waited for another 30 minutes and still they didn't turn up so we phoned them again but this time no answer. Let's see how long we have to wait for a refund.
