10/10! - Our tour guide was friendly and the views were amazing! We got to see a beautiful sunset and our guide took us to great spots. Would 100% recommend!

Must do late afternoon tour. - Great tour with a great and tour guide. Unexpected that the Anasazi drawing was part of the tour. Even though the clouds were out, the guide had the expert eye to know the sunset would be good be show time.

Just book it! - Had an absolutely wonderful tour with JNS Tours and Janos who served as our tour guide to Valley of Fire State Park! Janos was incredibly informative and created a fun, welcoming environment for those of us on the tour! The snacks and water were a great touch given the nearly 100 degree day. I learned a ton and captured some gorgeous photos and memories! I would definitely book with JNS again!

Beautiful Sunset Tour - We just finished our Valley of the Fire Sunset tour with Janos and it exceeded our expectation. He was so knowledgeable, so friendly and a wonderful photographer! If you’re looking for tours while you’re in Vegas do yourself a favor and see what all they offer at Just Never Stop!

Beautiful views! - This was such a beautiful trip, a scenic drive and we did multiple stops at all the best spots in the park so we could take pictures. Highly recommend!

This is a good one ! - Our tour was amazing, and our guide, Janus, truly made it special. The ride out of Las Vegas was engaging, as Janus pointed out spots about the city and surrounding areas. Once we arrived at the park, he was incredibly knowledgeable, educating us about the local animals and the geological features. We really appreciated having plenty of ice-cold water and snacks available as we stopped to take in the sights. For me, the small group size was a highlight. It fostered a friendly atmosphere where everyone connected, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. The park itself lived up to our expectations, offering both optional hiking for those interested and numerous accessible viewpoints for capturing fantastic photos. No one felt like they missed out! This trip was fantastic, thanks to our great guide and the wonderful company. It was undoubtedly the best thing we did while in Vegas!

Relaxing - Beautiful scenery, guide was very friendly knowledgeable offered suggestions for pictures took beautiful pictures of all guests. Water and pretzel snacks were offered.

Two-faced Tourguide - I had booked a tour that couldn’t take place due to the low number of participants. The tour guide wrote to me on WhatsApp and offered that I could join the afternoon tour. Since I usually book tours through GetYourGuide or TripAdvisor because it provides a certain level of transparency, I told him I would think about it. He also wrote to me that I could book directly with him. It was immediately clear to me that he wanted to avoid the GetYourGuide fees. I said I would consider it. In the evening, I wanted to book the tour via GetYourGuide for security reasons, but the tour was no longer available. So I booked directly with him. He asked where he could pick me up, and I gave him the address of my Airbnb. At no point did he mention that he does not actually do pickups or drop-offs at Airbnbs — he simply agreed. He picked me up at the Airbnb. After the tour, by then it was already 9 p.m., he drove toward Las Vegas Boulevard to drop the other customers off at their hotels. Then he started confronting me, saying it was a huge detour for him to take me back to my Airbnb. I asked him why he had not told me upfront that he only drops people off on Las Vegas Boulevard. It was clear to me that he had not been transparent because he did not want to lose me as a customer and wanted to avoid paying any platform fees. After dropping the others off, he became increasingly aggressive, extremely rude, calling me “madame” and talking about how much I would be saving on Uber fees. I asked him again why he had not been upfront from the start, because I would have made a completely different decision. He became so aggressive that I felt forced to ask him to let me out of the car immediately. He then dropped me off at an unsafe, random spot along Las Vegas Boulevard and simply drove away, even though my Airbnb was only about 10 minutes away from Las Vegas Boulevard. As a woman, being treated this way by an aggressive male driver and feeling pressured to get out at a questionable location late at night was not just disappointing but deeply unacceptable and unsafe. When I gave him the 100 dollars, which he had pitched to me as some kind of “special deal” even though it was still more expensive than the GetYourGuide price including third-party fees, he started insulting me, claiming I had only given him 80 dollars. I then pointed out to him that I had given him 100 dollars, and he finally admitted it. On top of that, I later realized I had left one of my shoes in his car, which he of course never informed me about. In summary, I can say that this day ended in extreme disappointment simply because the tour guide is two-faced, non-transparent, and completely inconsiderate, especially toward female customers. It is also worth mentioning that during the ride, all participants were pressured to give him a five-star review by scanning a QR code in the car so he could personally check that they submitted the rating.
