The family’s dedication to preserving ancient methods involves aging cooked grape must in valuable wooden barrels for years to produce genuine balsamic vinegar.

- Fà a Mód - At Fà a Mód in Modena, savor a classic Emilia-Romagna experience with a tasting of gnocco fritto accompanied by thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma and a glass of sparkling Lambrusco wine.
