  You cannot come to the Canarian territory without savoring a rich paella, sipping sangria.
  In this experience we will discover the differences between Spanish and Canarian paella.
  The typicality of the local ingredients, the cultural contamination of the invading peoples and the influence of the surrounding continents have made the Canarian paella unique, with an unforgettable flavour.
  Strong colors, smells and flavors distinguish this dish.
  Everything will take place under the starry sky of the archipelago in one of the places least contaminated by light and noise pollution: on the roof of a villa in Playa del Cura.
  All guests will initially be involved in preparing the ingredients for the paella and sangria (about 45 minutes).
  Then we will proceed with the cooking, the preparation of the table and the sangria (45 minutes).
  Finally, during the tasting (about 1 hour) we will be able to discover the night sky of Gran Canaria together: a famous destination for Starlight tourism.

Canarian paella is a local specialty, distinct from its Spanish counterpart. Together, the culture and flavors that have shaped and differentiated it from the traditional version will be explored. This unique and exclusive recipe has been passed down by the Torres family. The experience begins with ingredient preparation, followed by cooking, and concludes with savoring a plate of paella paired with excellent sangria, all enjoyed on the rooftop of a villa in Playa del Cura, located in the south of Gran Canaria. The ingredients reflect influences from centuries of invasions and immigration from nearby continents, contributing to its exclusivity and uniqueness. The Canary Islands’ starry sky is renowned worldwide for its Starlight certification. Observing and sharing views of constellations and planets will enhance this experience. Finally, a surprise dessert will be served as a farewell treat.
