Worst tour guide I’ve ever experienced. - The Canyon and National Park were beautiful. The ease of booking and the driver (Henry) was excellent. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the park and stunning scenery, the tour guide Marcello was insufferable and talked incessantly, laughing at his own jokes and repeating the same things over and over. He very nearly ruined this trip and national Park Express should consider sending a secret shopper to review his performance. I would hope after doing so they would consider disciplinary action or possible termination. He shared very little information about the parks themselves, though when asked direct questions he did have answers. He chose to talk about religion, politics, and even a 10 minute graphic diatribe on the many ways that the death penalty is administered by each state. How or why that would ever be a topic of conversation on a National Park tour is beyond me. This barely begins to scratch the service of the amount of inappropriate off topic subjects. He was an embarrassment for your company.

Disappointing experience. - Very disappointed 😞 we were not given the Bryce Canyon your as supposedly the weather was not good. The company could have sent an email to let us know that the tour will be canceled and we can either get a refund or reschedule the trip. Before leaving for the tour the bus driver mentioned he is not allowed to drive more than 10 hrs and that he will not take us to Bryce until he got confirmation from the company. Moreover, if the driver wasn't allowed to drive more than 10 hrs then another driver, Pauly, could have driven us. There was no guide either. The driver was driving with 1 hand and holding the microphone with another to give information as the guide which is not safe at all for people on a big bus. We had about 8 washroom stops. We were driven to Valley of Fire instead of Bryce Canyon. We had already done Valley of Fire the day before and it was pointless for us to visit that place again. We kept checking the weather and there was no snow, just cloudy. We are really disappointed with the tour.
