• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
• Child seats are not provided
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Please note: if you are staying at 18 Tank St, Evolution Apartments your must make your way to The Mercure North Quay at 85-87 North Quay for pickup
• Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster
