Fun day!! - We've been to the park before. This time a breath of fresh air has blown through the park. Better housing for the animals, neat, toilets perfect, friendly staff. Nice idea to design the former pond as a swimming pond. My grandsons had a great day.

A different morning - We went to explore the area and we were delighted with this park, the weather also helped because it was a beautiful sunny day. The mansion and all its surprises, the baloiço and the view to the mountain are stunning, the permission to feed the animals with the feed bag they offer on arrival is also a great idea.

To see - Little walk to see some animals. Nice place to see for young and old. Can be done in the morning or afternoon, passages in the shade quite numerous. Picnic possible. Toilet on site, cold drinks. Adult admission 13€

To spend the day. - It needs some maintenance but the place is very original, we liked it a lot, unfortunately we couldn't finish the tour since it rained heavily that day so we hope to return next year, better prepared to spend the full day there with our small

Disappointing - Very run down with little to see. We hope the expensive entry fee went towards feeding the poor animals and birds. The cafe was pleasant and the staff we came across were friendly.

Disappointed with the park - Unfortunately, this was not our expectation. It wasn 't affordable compared to what we had to pay . The museum was nice , but felt that the animals ( birds ) were not doing well . Boring.

A shame - This is absolutely irrelevant. The park very poorly maintained. The few animals are relaxed in deplorable conditions. 12€ for this is a shame. To flee

Underwhelming at best (sorry) - So this place is run down and unloved. Or at least it was when we arrived in early April. Perhaps it’s better in the summer? If it was free I suppose it would have broken the day up with the kids but honestly the old house is a bit creepy, the cafe was open but I didn’t see anyone working in there or any ice creams in the freezer.. The animals certainly look fed up and there were some quite odd manikins around the place that just looked unkempt and fit for the bin. Also there were what looked liked water features with hardly any water in and what was in there looked like you might catch something by just being within eye shot of them. Not really sure what this place is supposed to be and if the reason for its bad presentation was the fact it was off season then I’m not sure why they were open and what they expect people to think paying €30 to walk around a derelict theme park? I honestly think the only thing this place might be useful for would be a film set for a budget horror film. Sorry parque da Mina. I think you need to try harder for peoples money or just keep the doors closed until peak season (if that is what I hope the reason for what I experienced was?)
