Conclude the tour with a visit to a traditional oil mill to discover the essential steps in transforming olives into extra virgin olive oil, from harvesting and pressing to storage. Delight in a guided tasting of EVO oil produced on-site, complete with simple tips to identify aromas and key characteristics.
