Beautiful hike and very well organized - Such an interesting trip! The hike was quite easy and very enjoyable! The views are very pretty, getting into the cave was so fun and when we reached the pools we can either relax or swim. A very naturally rich area. Our guide, Alejandro, was so well organized and knowledgeable, he was making sure everyone was comfortable during the hike! We truly enjoyed this group adventure!

Great day rafting - The whole day was amazing, we did rafting with my friends, the instructors were very clear with what you needed to do, were super friendly and we enjoyed jumping off the rocks into the water. Also we got a small album with pics and videos that took during the activity. I recommend ++++ 🌞

Great tour and nice day in nature - I really enjoyed the day trip. The hike was about 2.5 hours with a very interesting stop at the black cave. There were also some nice viewpoints all along the way. It is not an easy hike but not a very hard one either. Especially when inside the cave, one should be sure-footed to navigate inside. The swim in the thermal pools was also very nice. It is actually cold water most of the time, but it was fine after the first couple of minutes. Also, you don't really need water shoes, I could manage without them. I think the tour is very fairly priced and I would highly recommend it. My one minor criticism would be the group size. We were quite a large group and only one guide was with us most of the journey. He was giving some explanations along the route which were impossible to hear if you weren't directly in the front. Also, communicating the plan and where we were going next could have been a bit better. The guide would start explaining before all the tour participants were around to hear him. They relied mostly on a Whatsapp group, but maybe I just prefer a more personal touch. Our guide's English also wasn't the best. I think if they simply have more guides accompany the group this could easily be improved.

The trip was very well... - The trip was very well planned, with an enthusiastic guide, Arturo. The hike was great, and to my surprise, he even took us on a walk through the most amazing cave. His friendliness, knowledge, and never-ending kindness shone through the entire day. The thermal waters are in such a beautiful location that it’s difficult to describe in words. Thank you for an amazing day out!

Montenejos hike and thermal pools - This trip was well organised, Tofiq our guide was knowlegable but also had a sense of humour. Would advise a hoody for the bus as the air conditiining was very powerful

Lovely, amazing scenery and tour guides; springs were temperate at best; bring toilet paper - Lovely spot! I went with my friend who knew already she didn't want to go on the hike. I really wanted to go but unfortunately my thighs were chafing something awful so I just went straight to the springs. Beware - they are NOT hot, not even warm. There were some warm SPOTS if you swam into the canyon area but we were QUITE chilly. I would have tried to get to Montanejos without the tour group but I didn't want to figure out the transportation. Arturo and Kate were lovely guides and Arturo made us all laugh so much! Make sure to bring TOILET PAPER as the first bathroom stop does not have any!!

More formal communication would help. - The tour bus left as we were walking up at exactly 854am. Despite this setback, once contacted, the guides had the bus wait ten minutes for us to catch up and board. For constructive feedback, I would recommend that the guides (Arturo, Barbara, and Raoud(?) better separate joking from formal communication about the planning for the trip. We did not know Barbara was a guide until she started chatting with us at the back of the group. We also did not know there would be some hiking required before the thermal pools (which was separate from the main advertised hiking). Despite these communication challenges the guides were pleasant and friendly. It did not feel like the tour was being led by adults and I would not recommend this trip to others
