Reliable, Friendly, and Professional – Major 1 Tours is the Best! - We’ve used Major One Tours on two separate trips to Jamaica, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic each time. From the moment we landed, everything was smooth and stress-free. They provided private round-trip airport transportation to our resort, and their service was top-notch.
At the airport, they were easy to find—holding a sign with our names, which made us feel welcome right away. Their team is professional, punctual, and communicative, and they even offered great recommendations about local attractions and food throughout our stay.
On our most recent trip, our driver to Negril was **Fitzroy**, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He shared the history of the island and pointed out interesting sites along the way. He was also a very safe driver, which gave us peace of mind on the sometimes chaotic roads.
For our return trip to the airport, our driver was **Timeless**—an equally wonderful person. He was on time, drove very well, and kept the ride enjoyable with great music and fun conversation. He also gave us some awesome local food recommendations for our next visit.
We truly appreciate Major One Tours for their reliable service, professionalism, and the comfort and safety they provide. They’ve become a key part of our Jamaican experience, and we highly recommend them to anyone visiting the island.

Profession, Friendly, and Safe - We used Major 1 for our airport transfer. They made this experience great. They were timely, professional, and very friendly. Every email that I sent for information was responded to in a timely manner. I would absolutely use this company again. My only regret is that we did not have a time to book any excursions with them. Me and my family felt safe every step of the way. Thank you.

My goto transportation in Jamaica! - Derron and everyone at Major I Tour group were great from the initial booking through following up to make sure our arrival information was still current. They asked if we needed anything else. The van was super clean, and the driver was friendly. Overall, customer service and care were top-notch. I will definitely use them again.

Book this Transport..BEST decision ever! - Booking was so easy. I was greeted at the airport, cold waters were ready. The drive was so nice after a long day of flying. Our driver shared so many amazing things about Jamaica. He kept us laughing.
We were picked up at our resort and taken back to the airport. Again our driver was fantastic. He let us do some shopping, made sure we were on time and dropped us off right in front of our destination.
The vehicles were clean, well air conditioned.
Also…the private transport was cheaper through this group than our resort!

Shout out to Timeless ! - Great service! My driver was timeless & in our short ride he was one of the most memorable people I met. I broke my phone when I arrived into Jamaica and he gave me resources to get it fixed and helped me reschedule my pickup time. Reliable company. Will be using again.

Professional and dependable airport transfer to Excellence Oyster Bay! - From the moment we booked with Major 1, communication was prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend - Our drivers were so friendly and told us all about Jamaica on our drive. They were very accommodating and right on time! We were met right by outside the airport and discussed pickup time for leaving so there was no confusion. Promptly responded to emails when I had flight changes. Would definitely recommend using this company.
