Upon landing at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, proceed to the Club Mobay meeting point, where a VIP Representative will warmly welcome you.

Complete your immigration forms with assistance from your representative if needed, and enjoy swift passage through customs and immigration with fast-track access. Your host will assist in collecting your luggage at baggage claim and guide you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge.

Relax in the arrival lounge for as long as you wish, taking advantage of high-speed Wi-Fi, catching up on news via flat-screen cable TVs, enjoying snacks and beverages, reading magazines and newspapers, freshening up in the private restroom, and cooling off with a chilled towel, all while the soothing reggae music sets the island mood.

When ready, you will be escorted to your chosen airport transportation to your hotel.

After checking in for your flight at Sangster International Airport, visit the Club Mobay information booth, located next to the security and immigration entrance. Check-in for lounge access here, and then enjoy expedited service through security and immigration via a dedicated VIP line.

Proceed to the mezzanine level to enter the Club Mobay departure lounge, situated next to Gate 12. Spend as much time as you like in the lounge to relax before your flight. Enjoy fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, and other light snacks, and sip on a refreshing cold drink, a cup of coffee, or even an alcoholic beverage (your vacation isn’t officially over yet!).

Unwind with a magazine or newspaper, use the high-speed Wi-Fi, freshen up with a shower, or indulge in a manicure or other mini treatment at the Mango Spa (spa treatments at your own expense).

Children can play in Pickney Place, a sound-controlled playroom, or if traveling without kids, relax in the adults-only lounge. If work calls before returning to reality, utilize the fully equipped business center.
