Ask for Dane - Dane was a fantastic driver! Lots of great information and fun to have as a driver! Very safe. Gave us some great suggestions to do while in Jamaica! Had him to and from airport.

Great experience - We booked round-trip from Montego airport to the 7 mile beach area. Drivers were on time, professional, and friendly. Wayne went out of his way to make the trip, enjoyable by sharing interesting information about Jamaica and even his families jerk chicken recipe! Would highly recommend.

Efficient, punctual and friendly transfers - Great service! Easy to book and easy to find them at the airport. Flecher, our driver, was exceptionally friendly and just pure joy to be around. He took the time to talk us through the areas as we drove by. What a wonderful start to our trip he was! We enjoyed it so much we booked our return trip to Ochi with them. Highly recommended for the efficient communications, punctuality and waste of booking various trips. Great value for money too!

Excellent service! Great safe drivers for our Negril trip - We used Jam tours last week from the Montego Bay airport to our Negril hotel. Drivers were polite and courteous as well as SAFE on the crazy Jamaica roads. They were easy to find at the airport and picked us up on time for our return trip. HIghly recommend them!

Disorganized and stressful - Based on the great rating of this company and the great price of $35 US per person (one-way) for a transfer from MBJ airport to Negril, we decided to go ahead and book a return trip airport shuttle though Jam Tours. We booked 2 weeks in advance of our trip and as set out in the confirmation email, emailed to confirm our shuttle the day before. No response to my email was provided, but would have been appreciated. Upon arrival at the airport, no one from Jam Tours was there to greet us in the specified area, as it was indicated in the email. We walked around the airport, outside and in the parking lot desperately trying to find the driver. Someone at the airport was kind enough to let us use their phone to call Jam Tours. We called both of the number provided in our confirmation email. One went straight to voicemail and the other was answered by a man that told us we had the wrong number. Finally, after waiting for 45 minutes, a driver arrived, which we were able to identify by the logo on his shirt. We asked him if he was from Jam Tours and he confirmed that he was and we advised him that we had a reservation. He let us know that the staff member that was supposed to greet us went home and didn't tell anyone. So he was unaware that we had arrived or that we had been waiting. Once in the car the driver (Davian) was very apologetic, polite and friendly and got us to our hotel with no issue. He was a very good driver and despite how hectic traffic was, he drove safely and we felt comfortable. For our shuttle home, I again, emailed the company to confirm our shuttle. In my email I included my name, the name of our hotel, the flight time and what time I wanted to be picked up. Again, no response to my email was provided. We waited at the gate to our hotel at the specified pick up time. A staff member from our hotel came down to advise me that the shuttle service had called and that the driver would arrive 1 hour later than anticipated. We called the service back and spoke with the dispatcher who, despite our reservation, said that was the best they could do. This pick up time meant that we would arrive at the airport much later than the required check in time for international travel. Finally, the driver arrived. He was very apologetic and explained that an error was made in our booking and that he cancelled another reservation so that he was able to pick us up. This driver was a champ. He busted his butt weaving through traffic to get us to the airport as quickly as humanly possible. We arrived at the airport a bit past the required check in time and luckily WestJet allowed us to check in and we made our flight. In summary, the drivers were great but the company is too disorganized and unreliable for that to matter. Book your airport transfer somewhere else and save yourself a whole lot of stress.
