Exceptional tour guide experience! - Where do I even start! This was our first time in Jamaica and our driver and tour guide Green made me and my family feel so safe, entertained and educated during this tour. He went out of his way to educate us on Jamaican history, culture, food etc. He also went out of his way to get us all food from Juici Patties. He went above and beyond and made sure we had so much fun on this tour. We are coming back to Jamaica and touring with him again. Thank you so much for this experience Green!!

Lynval for the win! - This was money well spent! Lynval was a great tour guide. Learning about some of the history and being shown around by someone local was fantastic. I would 100% book with him again

Original guide substituted another person without request to do so. - Unfortunately our tour provider decided to send another person who was okay but our 3 hour tour was only 1 1/2 hours total, including a total mix=up at pick up time. The great reviews on this tour are most likely well deserved, but only if the original tour guide is the person who delivers the service. Very disappointed. Saw 3 historical sites and that was it, despite our request for a broader tour.

Never went and was still charged. Driver canceled trip - The driver was at the wrong hotel and canceled the trip and I have not recieved my money back yet. On the app it says that the trip was complete and it wasn't I never got to go and was never reimbursed.

It wasn't what I promised, and it was a lousy forehand. - Immediately after boarding, he wanted to go to the megamarket. It was suggested that there be a shop at half price, but I declined. But it was the shop that dropped me off first. The clerk is grumpy if I don't buy it. It was a restaurant with very poor word-of-mouth ratings. This is time lost. Ask them again to go around the planned course. The driver was in the driver's seat despite being prompted to get off at a photo point. If you are also a guide, wouldn't it be good to have a service such as undertaking a shutter? Also, get off the train for a tour, and it is unclear where to get on the next bus. I had to make phone calls each time. In Sam Sharp Square, he is stalked by a guide-like person who wants tips. He seems to know the driver. However, Draver is missing without a guide. In the end, the guide-like person pays off the tip and gets it released. I thought I'd signed up for Beater to make sure this didn't happen. After arriving at the market and paying the tip, he thought this tour was over, but he said he would drive them back to their accommodation. We still have about half an hour to go here, so I thought that was the end of the tour. When I finished shopping and went back to the parking lot, he was gone again. We'll call again and wait a while. What's more, after you get on the train, you say you want to pay because it's an extra charge. The payment tour ended because the way he spoke was intimidating and scary. It was an unsatisfactory and unpleasant tour, with drivers and cars missing at each site, leading to shops I refused, and drivers missing who would follow me but act as guides.
