Quick & easy - Fast & easy experience highly recommend the workers are very nice. They took my luggage for me & packed it onto the bus quick & easy.

Airport Transfer - Christopher Brown was amazing! He is very friendly, organized and answered all our questions. He is a great representative

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - The representatives only cared about scheduling tours/excursions and very dismissive to confirming our airport transfer. If iit was not making her any money she was not interested in helping. We stayed at the Riu Ocho Rios and it was very difficult getting the representative to assist us. All she kept saying was for us to confirm through email but of course I kept getting an error message. Day of departure the when dealing with another representative she had a nasty attitude. Once again, when trying to confirm to get on the Jamaica Tours departure to airport for March 5th around 8:30am it was a problem. These folks are the worse. I'm writing this review while still at the hotel because the lack of customer service is unacceptable! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NEXUS FOR TRANSFERS OR TOURS! If you can, go with a private transfer and save yourself the headache.

Very disappointed - No one picked us up. Mobay personnel attempted to assist us without success. We spoke with one of your representatives at the airport who stated they didn’t have our names. I was very disappointed

Beware of Nexus Tours and rude/terrible staff - Very unorganised company. Wasn’t given a transfer time via email. Located the nexus staff at Royalton Blue Waters Jamaica who gave me the wrong wrong departure time. The bus left without us due to being given the wrong time and we were told that was the only shuttle running that day so ended up having to pay for a taxi. The nexus staff at the resort were incredibly rude, confrontational and not pleasant. This could have been resolved if staff were on site during the hours they were supposed to work but they were late to work and left early. Very amateur stuff, don’t risk missing your flight because of this company.

Complete failure of service - I could not have a more negative review of this service: we booked through the Nexus app at the suggestion of the hotel. You cannot choose a time, but you enter the time of your flight and assume they will assign you a time. Our flight to USA was 148pm and they assigned a time of 12pm! Completely inadequate. After multiple confirmations and reassurances I was told we were moved up to a 1020am bus, as were many others. We waited and waited: and the bus never arrived. The company said they could not locate the driver, it just didn't happen. People scrambled for taxis and some went on a later bus which was cutting it too close, since the airport was extremely busy. I emailed them for a refund but they never responded and I think they never will, completely inadequate service.

Very poor customer service - Our flight from Montego Bay to Montreal SW 7635 has been delayed from 15.02 11:50 AM to 16.02. at 12:50 AM. The Nexustour did not even bother to inform us. On the contrary, asked us to confirm the transfer to airport at 7:30 AM on 15.02. At the airport the Nexus agent named Mario told us that we will be hosted at Catalonia hotel even though we booked our vacation at a 5 star hotel Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway. When we arrived at the Catalonia hotel we were told that we should have check in at Riu Palace. The feeling we have is just that every one wants to get rid of us.Very frustrating. There are no Nexustour, WestJet or Sunwing at Catalonia , neither at Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway. Just stay away from Sunwing and WestJet and their partners Nexustour.

Most likely a scam - Please use another company. I paid for a transfer for two people from the airport and no one was there. Completely wasted hours, had to hire another company to get us to our hotel. Had received several emails with confirmation of booking, and received nothing.

Terrible Experience - I honestly would have spared this review if my situation was taken more serious. Back in April 2024, my family and I booked with Nexus Tours for our transfer to and from Montego Bay Jamaica International Resort to/from our resort. Upon reserving, we were under impression that we would be in a shuttle, instead we were transported by large coach buses that stopped at every resort and even made a food stop. However, my review is the concern of their customer service and how my refund was never granted or considered when I addressed multiple customer service reps and resources for a high concerned matter. On our departure date, our transportation never showed for an 10:50am scheduled departure time for a flight at 1:51pm. Due to a failed and safe transfer from this company. My family and I had to pay cash out of pocket to pay a taxi to rush us to the airport after being delayed an hour by this company and presented with no assistance or refund. Instead I was held up for over a month going back in forth with emails, 2-minute phone calls and providing proof from my end as if I was in the wrong in any way for simply trying to get home. And still as of February 2025, received no compensation from this company. We simply let it go. And that is the problem. These companies receive so much money from us and do not take care of their clients and customers. We could have missed our flight if we did not think fast enough to call for a taxi in the timeframe that we did. The fact that we paid in advance to cover our transfer and it was not guaranteed was a breach of contract on the companies’ end and they still failed to consider my complaint. I will never use them again. Email proofs of pleading and repeating to multiple people even the report themselves about this matter and nothing for us came out of at the end but the grace of God for a safe trip home and having the ability to pay for a different form of transportation. My only hope for this review is that future matters are taken more serious for others.
