Urban Bikery is honoring its esteemed location by coordinating an entirely eco-friendly wine tour in a unique style. Our journey will lead us on ebikes to explore the finest Rosso and Nobile di Montepulciano wine cellars. Our partners include Boscarelli, Canneto, Molinaccio, Salcheto, and others. Depending on availability, we will secure reservations at two of these selected wineries for a visit and tasting session. The planned arrival time at the showroom is 10:30, though this could vary based on cellar availability or the customer’s request.
P.s.: A certain number of days before the tour, we will touch base with you to provide all the necessary details, confirm the departure time, and discuss lunch options.

It was a fun experience,... - It was a fun experience, since you use your own phone to follow preset routes. You bike at your own pace through the country side hitting wineries at certain set times to learn about the history, the wine and the region. Of course you sample their wines and are fed food, snacks, and of course breads. It was easy once you leave the busy town and was worth doing. The people at the wineries were great, and full of passion and knowledge.

Take a winery tour, but add a bit of adventure! - Great way to tour local wineries outside Montepulciano, especially with teenagers! Fun for all! We were on dirt roads for most of the 1/2 day tour and barely saw another person! Beautiful experience in Tuscany!

Amazing Self-Guided e-Bike Tour through wine country! - Urban Bikery and their staff were fantastic! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even managed to get a flat tire and they met us within minutes at a winery to swap out the bike! The ride and the views were amazing. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Amazing Tuscany Wine and Bike Experience - Visited Tuscany with a group of friends and loved this experience. Amazing views, wine, and food. Biking on the terrain wasn't too hard. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and would love to go back. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great experience - Everything about setting this experience up and actually doing it was simple and easy. Mike and Guisseppi were some of the nicest and friendliest people we met on our trip to Italy.
The ride was a blast, and one of my wife's favorite things we did during our 2 weeks in Italy. The area is so beautiful and this is a super fun and up close way to see it. Following the tour on my phone was easy because they have it so dialed it.
They were very accommodating. We were on our trip during a European heatwave, so it was very hot, which was fine with us. We got to the 4th of 5 stops when we ran out of the water we brought. We decided to forgo the last leg and contacted the shop via a pre-made WhatsApp contact with Mike. Without hesitation or any sense of annoyance, Guisseppi came and got us. Though we were sad to not finish the tour, we were rewarded with one of the most wonderful moments we had on the ride back to the shop. We will cherish our time with Guisseppi!

Highlight of Our Italy Trip! - My partner and I did an e-biking tour with Urban Bikery this past May, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy.
From the very beginning, the team at Urban Bikery was incredibly communicative and helpful. In the midst of all the chaos of planning our travels, I actually forgot to confirm our rental—but they kindly nudged me with a reminder and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Their support leading up to the tour gave us such peace of mind.
On the day of our ride, Michele made the experience truly special. In a country where tourism is booming and many experiences can start to feel a bit rushed or impersonal, Michele was a breath of fresh air. She was warm, upbeat, and totally present—her energy got us genuinely excited for the day ahead. You could tell she really cared about making it a meaningful experience.
And the ride itself? Absolutely magical. Gliding through quiet back roads, far from the crowds, was such a freeing way to explore. It felt like we had a little slice of Italy all to ourselves. We got to soak in the scenery, move at our own pace, and really connect with the landscape in a way that’s hard to do when you’re following a typical tourist itinerary.
If you're considering a biking experience in Italy, do this one. It's not just a bike ride—it’s a memory you’ll carry with you long after the trip ends.

A great experience - Riding bikes across the picture perfect valley - what a great Tuscan experience! The company had very good communication and arranged our winery visits based on my requests. We chose the self-guided option and had no problem finding our way. We had a minor issue with the bikes to which the company responded very quickly. I look forward to another ride on our next visit!

Relaxed day of biking - Our group of ten recently used Urban Bikery to ride around the countryside of Montepulciano and do some wine tasting, with a guide. everyone in our group considered it one of the highlights of our week at a nearby villa. Our guide was fun, and patient. The route she chose had minimal traffic and terrific scenery. We did two wine tastings with the tasting at Il Molinaccio being our favorite. Without Urban Bikery, we might never have discovered this fun little winery with an enthusiastic owner and host and great wine, all in an idyllic setting. Lastly, all of bikes were ready when we arrived and were in good working order. Highly recommend Urban Bikery.

Lovely day in Montepulciano! - This is not for anyone who hasn’t been on an e-bike and it’s not off road as the photos would represent. We traveled main roads between wineries. That said, Italians are kind to bikers/cyclists and I never felt unsafe. Both wineries we visited were lovely. We had one of our best meals in Italy during this excursion! Urban Bikery was an upscale store with great staff. A unique experience for sure and be sure to leave yourself extra time to explore the town!
