Excellent October boat tour in Monterosso - The boat was a perfect size for 12 passengers. The crew of Captain Lucca and First Mate Amanda were very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The service was excellent and the food was welcomed and tasty! There were two opportunities to jump into the sea and enjoy the water. The crew offered noodles to float in the water and the ladder offered a comfortable return into the boat. Our group had a wonderful experience on the boat!

Hybrid boat tour Cinque Terre - Fun & informative! Luca and Amanda were awesome! Recommend! Good snacks, spectacular way to aee all five cities. Go and see from the coastal perspective then visit on foot after.

Amazing trip!!! - Wonderful tour with our wonderful hosts Vivian and Alberto. They took great care of us and gave a history of each village. I highly recommend booking this tour!!

Disappointing customer service from Viator - Our train was delayed getting to Cinque Terre so we missed the trip. Not anyone’s fault, but disappointing customer service from Viator who told us there was room on a later trip but we would have to re purchase additional tickets ($775). We gave them two hours notice so the boat operator surely could have taken another group out from the throngs of tourists gathered on the dock looking for a boat.
As most tourists in Cinque Terre are day trippers coming in on a train, I would imagine this is a fairly common occurrence.
Again, nothing against this specific tour, just Viator customer service
