Great Experience - Contrary to some of the reviews of this service, our experience was fantastic - timely buses that were clean with very helpful staff who all spoke excellent English.

Excellent ! Goes around... - Excellent ! Goes around the most important neighborhoods and places of interest with many stops to choose from according to each one’s interests. Great employees and up to date busses. Would highly recommend them to get an overview of Montevideo and then; if time permits, visit the areas that you liked the most.

Excellent service - Highly recommended to know the city of Montevideo, if you go with a few days the bus is the right thing to know the tourist spots, we take the tour of the center and for the same cost you can change to the other Bus at the stop of Parque Rodó to travel all the Rambla, the bus is very comfortable, new and punctual in the schedules, they are explaining in detail by all the places you are passing, all the staff who attend on the bus are very friendly and make suggestions where to get off.

Very easy off the boat.... - Very easy off the boat. Make seeing the city very convenient. It nice open air top with bottom deck having ac when you get hot. For the price great option.

Discover Montevideo bus - We took the bus on a rainy morning, so it worked out perfectly. We were able to see several tourist attractions. They offer two routes, and you can do both with the same ticket. The audio guide was excellent for understanding the city’s history. We were traveling with a teenager, so it was also a great way to avoid complaints about long walks to get to the sights. It’s not a must-do, but it’s a great option if it fits into your travel plans. We bought our tickets at the port, at a tourist information center. The service was excellent, and the purchase process was quick and secure. The price was great, considering the distance traveled. The bus was clean, enclosed, and accessible.

Very very disappointed… bus never showed and no response on status - I would NOT recommend booking a tour with this company. We waited over an hour at our pick up location. No bus arrived. We messaged the driver SEVERAL times to find what the arrival time would be. There was no response. We then used the What’s App and sent several messages asking for an arrival time or if they were working today. No Response. We tried calling the phone number and no answer. Terrible service and DO NOT recommend. Why have service numbers and they are not providing info

Nobody showed up - Bad experience. We waited for almost an hour for the first bus of the day and nothing. Nenhum ônibus apareceu. We were at the departure point before 9:00 (meeting time and departure of the first bus) and there was no one, no employees, nothing. We waited for 45 minutes until we gave up the ride. I tried to talk to the agency and did not get a reply, I spoke to Viator, complained, requested the cancellation of the service due to the excessive waiting time and Viator refused to refund me. Bad service, lack of commitment. I do not recommend

BAD EXPERIENCE - BAD EXPERIENCE. Schedules are merely indicative... The tours, in my experience, also: when we got off in the meadow, the driver did not plan to stop, stopped 150 m later and because we got up with the bus running because he had passed stop 7 through the bullfighter. Now we have been waiting for MORE THAN AN HOUR for it to pass through this same stop, in the web of monitoring the buses already go two that skip this stop (the same one in which we get off). There is no indication here that the stop is suppressed or temporarily out of service, they simply DO NOT PASS. Pay 50 US$ for this, I tell you it's NOT WORTH it.
