Aura - It was magnificent to see the light show in the cathedral. The organ music was very moving. The only issue was that there were only two restrooms

Truly spectacular! - I was blown away at how spectacular & well done this light show was. The best part was that all ages in our group felt the same excitement from the experience. Go early to view the fine details of the church before the show

Let there be light ! - This was a stunning light show that brought a unique experience to our group. The relationship between the music, lights and interior space was seamless and the length of show was perfect.

Beautiful show but enter early - Amazing light show in a gorgeous setting. Loved seeing the Basilica this way. Attended with my teen and some local Canadian friends. We are from the US. Took off a star because the stated timing seemed to be off. From the AURA website it sounded like we couldn't get in until 20 minutes before show time, but at that time the seats were almost full. The actual main light show is 30 minutes. Sitting toward the back turned out to be a good thing. We could see more without having to turn around had we been toward the front. Nice area for shopping & dining before or after.

Worth it!!! - If you wanna learn about Montreal. The boat tour is very useful. Of course is unbelievably relax. AURA great light show, too bad it’s a bit short. Combine both, worth it!!

I was disappointed. You might not be. - A decent, short cruise that allows you to see some of the older, industrial section of Montreal. You can also see a few of the amusement parks near the river and the old Biodome in the distance. Sadly, you don't see much else as the cruise travels about a mile in total. The guide was lovely and enthusiastic about her topic. The waiters left me alone when I told them I wasn't planning to order any food or drink, but they hovered constantly over anyone who did order in an attempt to up sales. Honestly, it was off-putting. The second part of your ticket allows you to go see the AURA experience at the ND Basilica. You don't get to visit the Basilica, just return in the evening and see the show. I found that disappointing. I must not have understood the details. I know that many at the show enjoyed it, but I found it odd. A cross between Ferngully, Tron, and an apocalyptic nightmare with excessively loud music. Not nearly as professional as one would expect. Still, it was colorful.

Disappointed - We originally booked this tour to experience the Aura light show at Notre Dame on a Saturday. The tour operator changed the date to Sunday without previously advising us. We already had a tour booked for Sunday so had to scramble and change that tour to Saturday

Not pleased, TripAdvisor description misleading - Mislead by the TripAdvisor description. The specific pier wasn’t listed, so we had to run from one to another to find the boat, which we would have missed if not for the patient crew. The tour was enjoyable otherwise. We were under the impression that following the 11:30 cruise we would be shuttled to the basilica for the Aura show. We had to make our own way there (no big deal), but upon arrival @ approx 2:30 found out the Aura shows only began after 5:00, and the first 2 were already full. As we already had tickets to a concert elsewhere that evening, we were unable to attend. I do not mind planning my own excursions, and regret not researching and doing so for this one myself.
