Intro to Montreal! - Highly recommend taking the entire route as an intro to Montreal. Then hop on and off along the way for site that you find interesting. We had the pleasure of several guides. Each presented different information and gave us a good overview of city.

Nice overview of the city! - Every new city that we explore we love to do the hop on hop off tour bus. It gives us a great overview of the city so we can take a look at what we would like to do and where we would like to stop during our vacation.

We love Hop on Hop offs! - Can get French or English. Our guide was pretty fun. We seem to get lucky that way but maybe all the guides are good.

Wonderful tour and great experience! - The main office was easy to find and everyone there was very helpful and attentive. The map and routes were simple and easy to understand. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and fun! The bus was clean and it was a very smooth ride. Thank you for the wonderful tour!

Needs a technology... - Needs a technology upgrade. There is a lot of noise as we drive through the city, and unfortunately, the speakers were both difficult to understand and the noise drowned out their dialogue. I’d suggest you upgrade your technology to give the tour in different languages and include headphones.

Ok but not brilliant - This was ok. Nothing special. We were told there were no places of interest around the Village stop and the two parks stops 8&9 were very remote with nothing else around them. The bus passed through some really run down and dirty areas with lots of homeless people around. Not an incentive to get off the bus in these areas !! Ok to stay on the bus for a tour of city but no more. Shame

Not up to par with previous hop on hop off experiences - We try to do hop on hop off in most new cities we visit. This experience was rather poor. We got on near the basilica (after phoning for pickup location). Got off at one stop (#5) for breakfast. We had already wandered around the waterfront ourselves previously. All went well until stop 7, the oratory. We hopped off and were told a shuttle bus comes every 6-7 minutes to go up there. Nothing ever came! We got on the next bus that stopped which was a coach bus. Went straight to stop 8 on Mont Royal. The commentator said they had just come from the oratory. Waited for about 45 minutes after that for the next bus. Again no reply from customer service when I tried to contact them. A bus finally came but we dared not get off at the final stop on Mont Royal. Just snapped a quick photo as we were worried about being stranded again. None of the stops are signed due to city regulations but the info regarding the stops from the narrator was also inaccurate. Rather poor experience overall

Not worth the cost - In the morning, our first guide thought he could sing and that he was funny. We left that bus and waited for the next bus. The next bus was very old. The guide was good, but the ride was uncomfortable. We left that bus, had lunch and waited for the next bus. The guide was a bit better than the first guide but thought he was a standup comedian. We left that bus, walked around and then waited for the next bus. The female guide on this bus was good.

$103 and never received my tickets - I never received my tickets. I emailed the stated address and never got a response. My trip is over tomorrow. I would like my money back
