Experience the beautiful scenery of the Old Montreal waterfront with an energetic fitness coach in a fun and encouraging environment, free from judgment. This class is accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience, as the private coach will tailor the session to match the participants’ fitness levels.
The class also includes:
- Bottled Water
- Guidance and Support
- All necessary weights, ropes, balls, and mats are provided
- A protein shake is available at the end of the session.
Participants should bring running shoes and comfortable clothing, dressing appropriately for the weather. In case of rain, the fitness coach will arrange alternative venues or use canopies and tents to ensure the class can continue.
