The snow covered... - The snow covered mountains are beautiful. In November, The trees are an orange yellow and contrast with the snow was spectacular. Our guide, Bibis, was great. He had a great sense of humor, and kept us on track to see everything. We shared the gondola and lift with skier which was fun. the only thing I would recommend is not to eat up top with the skiers. It was crowded and hot. It would have been more fun to eat in Zermatt and spend a little extra time in the town.

A Must-do - This trip is a must-do. The views, downtown shopping and gondola trip to Matterhorn were amazing. The tour guide was incredibly friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He even provided a rest-stop in between and highlighted locations to visit within the vicinity.

Seeing and doing all you would ever need to see and do in the Alps in Summertime - stunning scenery and experiences. - Our guide was excellent - O forget his name but is Greek. He was very knowledgeable about background Switzerland information as well as all the aspects of the trip. From Montreux it is a long day but you are well looked after - we had a rang of ages on our trip. It was nice just being a group of 12/14 too - less touristy!

Good service - Everything went smoothly and as advertised.
We couldn’t go on the cable car because of the weather and were reimbursed for that part of the trip. We had a lovely day in Zermatt anyway.

Excellent tour but be sure to get the optional lift to the glaciers - This was an amazing trip with breathtaking views from the mountaintops as well as a once in a lifetime trip into the ice caves. I would recommend to others but just be sure that you book the extra lift ticket to the glaciers, otherwise you will just be spending the day in the town of Zermatt.

Check the weather forecast. - We were picked up promptly at 8:30 in Montreux. Our driver was exceptional. Knowledgeable, funny and very nice. Zermatt is an absolutely what I think of as a quintessential Swiss village. The Matterhorn itself is magic. Glacier Paradise was fantastic. Word to the wise, if the weather forecast is cloudy you will not see a single mountain top. Keep your eyes on the weather. But the cable car ride up, the beautiful ice sculptures inside and the potato rosti made to order are above and beyond.

Tour is not as advertised. - The driver guide is a driver with explanations how to get around and get tickets does not stay with you when you go up to see the Matterhorn. So it was not a real guided tour.
The tram did not take us to the top stopped half way up .
The tour advertising what you do and actual is completely different. You pay full and get 3/4.

Keytours worst operator fails to pickup customer - paid for. Zermat and Matterhorn tour from Montreaux for $377. On the day of departure for suggested 830am I arrived at 8am for bus and waited precisely at the described meeting point at Euro vision next to the suggested restaurant Le Metropole. The bus never came for me and at 850 I called KeyTours and they said the bus departed at 840 am without me. I never received a call or text which would have taken 30 seconds to ping me. I did not see the bus so either the meeting point description is inaccurate and untested or the driver parked a block away. And they told me that traffic may delay arrival of the bus in the meeting point which is why I waited until 850am to call.
Irregardless a simple ping would have alerted me to find the driver. But they departed after a journey I did over 10000 miles to see the Matterhorn. Keytours us the worst tour company as their customer service stinks. They don't step out of their bureaucratic bubble to do what is right for the customer. I lost a lifetime opportunity
