Great whale tour! - This experience was amazing! The crew Amo, Joaquin and Mankato were all very nice and knowledgable. The guide/photographer Joaquin was an excellent guide and answered all of our questions. The captain of the boat and shuttle driver Amo was extremely nice and knowledgeable! He made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. His son, Mankato was also very helpful in the water. The experience of swimming with whales is extremely humbling and our crew did their best to make sure we were able to experience that. We loved being able to focus all of our attention on the whales while in the water with them and not having to worry about taking our own photos/ videos due to Joaquin taking great videos and photos for us at an additional charge which was definitely worth it! It should be noted that you aren’t guaranteed to see whales, but thankfully we were able to see approximately 8 whales! The respect for the whales and their environment was noticeable as well. Boats are required to stay 100 meters away from the whales when they are seen. This requires those who wish to swim with whales to be strong swimmers. You have the option to add lunch to this excursion and we did! Lunch was amazing! Great food and great views! Highly recommend this excursion! Great experience from start to finish! Wet suits, snorkeling gear and fins are required and if you don’t have your own they have some you can use!
This tour was amazing and I highly recommend booking it!

Awesome experience. - This was awesome. I was a little freaked out by the idea at first but we the crew was great, and we swam near giant humpback whales. The crew made us feel safe and comfortable in the water. Since we seen whales early in the day they took us to a passage where we snorkeled w/ Sea Turtles, Eagle Rays and others as a bonus. All in all it was a great day. We were lucky and had good weather so we didn't have any see sickness issues. I had friends that went out w/ another company the day before and had a good time but they got sick. Waves were bigger in the afternoon then our morning trip.

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience!! We had the best trip we could have ever imagined!!! 100/10!! - Whale Swim of a Lifetime with Enjoy Boat Tours!
I can’t say enough good things about our unforgettable experience with Enjoy Boat Tours today! Huge shoutout to our amazing guides — Icker (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) and Amo — they absolutely came through and made a dream come true!
We were lucky enough to see 4 or 5 whales, and even more incredibly, we got the honor of swimming with them! Icker was so patient and protective, especially as my friend and I were nervous. He made sure we felt safe every step of the way.
Amo, our captain and expert diver, went above and beyond — literally diving back in with our camera to get more footage for us! His energy and skill made the whole trip feel so safe, fun, and adventurous.
As if that wasn’t enough, we ended the tour with some delicious juice and the magical sight of whales swimming during the sunset. This tour is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Highly, highly recommend Enjoy Boat Tours and this incredible crew! This crew was extremely determined and patient making sure we did not leave without experiencing swimming with whales! Even if it meant going over our time! 🐋💙✨

Incredible Magical Experience! - We had an amazing tour guide with Joaquin and Amu who led such an incredible experience! He was very knowledgeable and very passionate and respectful of the whales while helping the whole boat see nearly 8 whale sightings and 6 dives! I highly recommend that you are a *very* strong swimmer and are experienced with snorkeling as you are swimming in the open sea. For those that are not, you can choose to watch from the boat and that is still magical. They have a professional underwater video/camera to help capture the special moments, too!

Recommend - The crew gave us a great experience. Very informative and entertaining. Unlike one of the boats they didn’t get too close to the whales.

Wonderful - Extraordinary. We had the privilege to admire the whales in the late afternoon. These large cetaceans know how to be desired and so the whales alone decide to show themselves or not. We also had the chance to observe killer whales. A top team that respects animals.
It is better to know how to swim quickly. But no worries, the observation from the boat is also fabulous
Mauruuru roa to the whole team and especially Joaquin for his film and photos.

Whales whales everywhere!!! Thanks! - We did a whale watching and snorkeling tour with this group, our 2nd whale tour of our Moorea trip, and it was awesome! The guides did a great job locating the whales, then carefully monitoring their activity to give us the best viewing opportunities, while also respecting the whales. We spent so much time in the water, watching, waiting, and watching some more. It was so worth it! The guys in the water keep a constant eye on all the guests, while also watching the whales and keeping us all safe. They are there to lend a hand to anyone who needs it, or an extra push. They communicate well and kept us constantly informed. The boat captain kept an eye on everything and kept the entire trip smooth. The photographer was constantly in the water with us, and provided amazing photos and videos of the trip. We thought it was clear through our goggles, but he got amazing pictures and videos - thanks Joaquin! If you see whales, definitely purchase the video! Thanks, guys! We have and will continue to recommend you to anyone going to Moorea!

Amazing encounter, super lucky at the end of the season! - Wow, what an incredible experience! Really surreal. With only a few days left in the season, there was a good chance we weren't going to see any whales but we got super lucky in seeing a mother and calf not once, but twice! The first time she was sleeping so there were a lot of other people there from other tours. But we kept an eye on her after we got back in the boat and we were lucky enough to see them passing by, just our group.
Being a strong swimmer is a MUST as the group will not be going at the pace of the slowest person and the boat can't go too close to the whales to pick you up. We typically swam 200-300 meters there and back to see the whales, and we went in three times.

Whale was great but the guide - not so much! - The whale experience was amazing…….. Except for being berated and yelled at multiple times. When the tour guide asked who was a strong swimmer I raised my hand. Before we got into the water he said that we would all need to stay together while swimming out to view the whale. I thought I would be able to keep up, but swimming with fins and a too-tight life jacket, plus a lung issue I seemed to have that day made me about 10 feet behind the others in our group! I never stopped trying, but found it hard to keep up. The little guide berated me once I caught up with them and once more while we were in the water and then again when we were back on the boat in front of everyone!! Please make sure you are a strong Ocean swimmer (which is very different from pool swimming) before taking this tour or else you might experience the same wrath! He was polite to the others but I feel sure he treats those people he deems weak swimmers the same way he did me!
