A MUST DO experience for visitors to Mo'orea! - Our morning cooking with Stevenson and Tianu was an experience we won't forget. From learning about the history of Mo'orea and the sustainability of the island to seeing how the products we used were grown right outside the lab made it the perfect experience on a rainy day. The dishes we prepared were traditional to the island and delicious. We were hands on the entire time and enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend this for everyone whether you are an experienced cook or not.

Beat meal on Moorea - Best cooking class. We learned to make all local foods like the passion crue, bread wrapped in banana leaves, coconut chips, and grilled tuna with local sauces. Was fun and best meal since we arrived. Worth every penny.

Informative and tasty - We learned about the food the Polynesia people grow and how they cook the food traditionally. We learned to identify the different plants in the garden.

Cooking in paradise - an Authentic, personal, delicious experience! - One of my favorite parts of our visit - this was a world class experience. Cooking on a local, sustainable farm nestled between the mountains, we had a hands on morning learning to make Poisson Cru and local delicacies. Audrey and Stevenson were so friendly and knowledgeable and the kitchen was immaculate. The ingredients could not have been fresher. We enjoyed our conversation and learned about the island. We left with full bellies and full hearts. Voila!

Memorable Polynesian cooking experience - We thoroughly enjoyed our morning at the food&cook lab. Audrey and Stevenson provided a hands on, well organized experience, teaching us about typical Polynesian foods and how to make it, as well as an understanding of the culture and people. Wish shared recipes, we’re equipped to go home and prepare our own Polynesian meal and help keep the culture of the Pacific Islands alive.

Great time, great food!! - We had never taken a cooking class, so I did not know what to expect but this was even better than what I ever could've thought. Stevenson and Audrey were great in showing and explaining their methods for making their traditional/local dishes. For someone that doesn't cook very often it was easy to follow, and tasks were easy. We loved learning some history as well as other agriculture information. And well obviously the food was delightful! I love coconut so that was amazing along with the fish that was used to prepare the dishes (Marlin). As a LGBTQ couple we also did not feel any sort of prejudice! This was definitely one of our favorite things we did on the whole trip!

Polynesian cuisine day - An unforgettable day on Moorea with a Polynesian couple. Audrey and her companion presented their organic products (which grow themselves) in their garden. We then cooked Polynesian recipes, raw fish coconut milk, Uro and coconut chips, banana poe etc... and of course we shared this delicious meal all together. Nice day of sharing and conviviality with them and the other two couples who were with us. We recommend this experience with your eyes closed. If you go through this do not miss this experience.

Super experience, very tasty food - This was a great experience. You are introduced to the traditional food of French Polynesia by very friendly and professional people. Their kitchen area made for eduction is spotlessly clean and the produce they use very fresh. Everything was so tasteful and the stories behind make it an activity I'll never forget. Also Audrey shared the recipes afterwards to make it again at home (though I doubt if we could find such fresh tuna in my country).

great fun and you learn so much - great fun and lots of laughs. You get to learn about your organic natural products and how they are grown. Then you get to help prepare and cook the ingredients and of course the most fun part, you get to sit down and enjoy the meal with your classmates.
