Just what was needed - Just the way to end the holiday. Started holiday with a relaxing hamam scrub & massage. So no better way to end it. Feel so relaxed & rejuvenated ready for the grind when back home.

Total relaxation - Very nice oriental decor, very welcoming team, and a great massage! Very nice family experience!

Lovely experience - Just had the most incredible massage and hammam experience! The therapist was so skilled and attentive, really knew how to work out all the knots. The hammam was blissfully relaxing, felt like a total detox. Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a rejuvenating treat. The ambiance was serene and calming, perfect for unwinding. Can't wait to come back and do it all again! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Amazing Combo Experience - We had a wonderful experience as a couple at this spa in Agadir! The hammam was relaxing and rejuvenating, followed by an incredible massage that left us feeling completely refreshed. The staff was professional, and the atmosphere was serene.👌

Could've Been Better - I wouldnt say it was luxurious and the staff could do with a good wash themselves. The place was lovely on entering but then headed up so many stairs to the steam room where the door wouldnt close properly and you clearly heard the staff chatting non stop not very relaxing to say the least. With a little cash injection the place could be so much better.

Nice place - Friendly staff, would have preferred a consultant before treatment. Clean and safe place for treatment.

Room for improvement - This was a bit of a mixed experience for us, we had to wait around for quite a long time adding an extra hour. The facilities were great but the heavy construction sounds directly next store killed the vibe a bit, but this can’t be helped. There is lots of development in Agadir, so we understood. The massage itself was very nice, as was the hammam. It was quite a noisy place between the construction and the staff chatting and laughing, so we were very surprised that the woman on reception was rude to us and told us to be quiet when we laughed at a joke made by one of the masseurs, she was quite impatient and sharp when we arrived, not the best welcome.

Bad experience and bad service! - First of all the Hammam is outdated very old and the service by the ladies in the Hammam was really bad the lady washed my hair with Shower gel and I told her twice that it’s not shampoo, also the worst part the lady applied some herbal mask on my face and I told her not apply it on my face but she insisted it was a very good mask, when I reached the hotel I had an allergic reaction on my face very red and swollen. I informed the Hammam there was no apology or partial refund. I do not recommend! Transfer and Massage was good.

Taxi showed up extremely late - I had a terrible experience today. Last night I booked the 2 hour experience for 10am today 6th August. Apparently my hotel in Imi Ouaddar wasn’t one of those listed for pick up so they arranged a 10am pick up in Agadir Marina. I arrived there at 10am promptly this morning but there was no taxi there. Taxi didn’t arrive until 10.52am (apparently due to traffic) and we arrived at the location around 11.05am. I couldn’t stay as I had a taxi pre booked for 12.15pm to take me back to my hotel. I therefore requested a refund from Tripadvisor/Viator and have been denied this. I’m really disappointed as this is my first time ever booking something on Tripadvisor while on holiday.
