• High Atlas Mountains - Embark on a wonderful journey to explore the most breathtaking valleys in the region, including Ourika Valley, Sidi Fares, and Asni Valley. The guide will collect guests at 9 am from their hotel or riad. Departing from Marrakech, heading east towards the High Atlas, the journey will pass through several villages before traveling along the Ourika Valley, which extends approximately 30 miles through the foothills of the High Atlas.

This drive is among the most scenic, with the road tracing the lively Ourika River, which, despite varying levels, never dries up and offers excellent whitewater rafting opportunities in the summer. A stop for mint tea by a mountain stream will be made in the valley before venturing off-road into the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. The pace will be relaxed, and if a local Berber market is happening in one of the villages, a morning visit will be included. The drive will pass through villages, allowing stops for photos or information as desired. Guests are encouraged to bring spare clothes or shoes, as well as school supplies, to distribute to Berber children along the way.

The journey will continue upwards until leaving the main road at an altitude of over 2000 meters. An ancient, partially paved Berber track will lead to the Sidi Fares Valley, a genuine area renowned for apple trees, where lunch will be served in a Berber house in a village with views of the Atlas Mountains. The meal will be homemade and organic, featuring tomato salad, chicken tagine, couscous, and fruits. Vegetarian options are available with 24 hours’ notice.

After lunch, the tour will proceed to the lush Asni Valley, where orchards line the route. Guests can also admire Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in Northern Africa, reaching 4167 meters and often snow-capped.

• Camel Ride Marrakech - A camel ride lasting around 20 minutes is available if desired, though it is not included in the price and costs an additional 10.
