A wonderful experience. The boat is easy to control. There is an abundance of wildlife and they come quite close to the boat despite my best efforts to keep a safe distance away. The staff and charming and very helpful.

You made us wait an additional 30 mins to finish charging your boat (even though you asked us to be 15 mins early) frustrating having to wait extra since we are for out of town (4.5 hours away already) you were rude and upset since you were short staffed (not my fault) The boat was just ok compared to others I’ve rented. Yours seem outdated. We needed a portable speaker in order to hear our music and other boats have built in speaker on board…. This was a problem as the speaker you gave me was not fully charged and died not even halfway through our ride which was a huge bummer! You don’t offer blankets nor coolers on board unlike “Estero Adventures” they do better in customer services by far! They do better than you in boat appearance/amenities. I think you can up your game for the price we pay for these services or at the bare minimum you could have offered me a slight discount since things went so wrong for our experience! It leave a sour taste in our mouth and ruins the experience quiet a bit!

I already wrote to you with my feedback and didn't hear back ...but again, our boat lost it's steering which wouldn't have been a problem if we were treated with kindness. But the owner or staff person just seemed super annoyed with us which made me uncomfortable and I didn't want to interact with him. It was my mom's 73rd birthday and three of us are going through cancer. Treat your customers better. Otherwise, it would have been lovely.
