Our SUP courses are conducted in small groups with a maximum of 4 participants, allowing us to tailor the experience to each student’s learning pace and preferences.

The meeting point is our surf school office in Morro Jable, where students receive their SUP gear:
• Ocean & Earth SUP board with a lightweight epoxy core and soft, sure-foam cover
• Height adjustable paddle
• Billabong wetsuit

The beach is just 150 meters away. Upon arrival, there is a briefing on the currents and wind conditions in the bay of Morro Jable, followed by essential safety instructions for using the equipment.

After a brief warm-up, the SUP instructor demonstrates the basic techniques for paddling and standing on the board.

Then, it’s time to hit the water. The SUP instructor remains on hand to help improve your stance, paddling technique, and steering of the SUP board.

If students feel confident, a small SUP tour from Morro Jable along the white dunes towards the Jandia lighthouse is offered.

For those with intermediate and advanced skills, we also offer wave courses and SUP downwind safaris.

During the SUP taster course, you’ll explore the scenic bay of Morro Jable, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters and pristine white beach from a fresh viewpoint.

You’ll observe fish swimming beneath your board and seagulls soaring above. Naturally, there’s ample time to enjoy a swim in the warm, blue waters.

You’ll be taught stand-up paddling (SUP) by a professional instructor in a small group of no more than 4 participants.
