Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara - The drive from Omega View Lodge to Lake Manyara National Park takes about 30 minutes. After enjoying a picnic lunch in Manyara, embark on a late afternoon game drive, which is the optimal time to view the park’s wildlife. Approaching from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment creates a stunning backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the groundwater forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, while elephants find shade on the escarpment. Other frequently seen animals include zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and more.
