Wonderful experience: funny, stunning and calm at the same time - Kayaking in Reinefjorden with Reine Paddling has been a wonderful experience: funny, stunning and calm at the same time. We have explored the fjord of Reine, accompanied by the song of the seagulls and by a light and fresh sea breeze. The view of the snowy Lofoten mountains in the distance by the kajak prospective gave us a deep sense of inner peace. Through the crystalline waters of the fjord we had the opportunity to observe pink starfish, red sea urching and the famous truffle seaweed used by the local chefs for their gourmet recipes. All this has been possible thanks to Theresa, an excellent guide, professional, nature lover and very sweet, interesting and pleasant person with which we have spent very good time. Experience recommended to whom want literally to dive in the Lofoten natural enviroment.

Amaziiing!!! - Theresa was our kayak guide and she did an excellent job! Finally I learned how to kayak with proper posture, which made the experience so much better. She included us in the decision making process for where to go during the tour. We luckily all wanted to go in the fjord! The views were absolutely stunning! She also brought tea for all of us, so we took a little tea break by the shore and it was so cozy. Everything was guided so nicely. She told us interesting stuff about the birds, the nearby villages, why the mountains are shaped the way they are, etc... The materials (drysuit, waterproof gloves, phone case etc. were great) were great quality. And the area is ofcourse SUPER BEAUTIFUL. Thank You Theresa, thank you Reine paddling!! Amazing <33

The guides were very... - The guides were very knowledgeable about the area and led us along very calm waters. Recommend bringing a thinner jacket to wear over your wool underwear if you are worried about the cold, but not required because the kayaking will warm you up sufficiently!

Great experience, with beautiful views - I loved my time with Marco and Asha on this tour. As a lone person, I joined a kayak with Asha who was extremely pleasant to talk to as well as being very attentive to the other kayakers in the group. If I was staying in the area a bit longer I would have gone again!

Morning yoga - I attended the morning yoga at Catogarden. I checked the availability via WhatsApp. I've got a quick answer and I booked my session online. The yoga session was excellent, Runhild was very kind and considerate of all the participants. It was a great start to the day. You just have to be there, everything else is provided.

Awesome - We had an amazing kayaking experience with our lovely, kind, knowledgeable and friendly guide Theresa. Even the weather was a bit uncertain at the beginning , we enjoyed the two rainbows and lagoon. Thanks a lot Reine Paddling and Theresa!

More staff needed to help on this tour - We were disappointed with this tour - and we do not blame our guide Marco, who had been on this job for only a month. As former kayak tour operators ourselves, we felt the management has missed the opportunity to make this a much better experience. For starters, there was nobody to support the guide who initially thought we had only 5 guests. 4 more people just 'turned up' unexpectedly so Marco kept having to take time to prepare more boats. Meanwhile the conditions were deteriorating rapidly. The time taken getting all the kayaks to the launch area meant the pressure was on for the guide. The forecast turned out to be wrong and we paddled in terrible wind (nobody's fault) but for Marco this just added more stress. We had to return to base earlier than planned due to the strong winds and we felt for the inexperienced paddlers. It was tough. To then have to lift the kayaks out and take them back to base didn't leave the guests with happy memories. Better communication to the guide, some additional support for him - and the guests - would have softened the blow. Why not have the kayaks ready before guests arrive and have staff yo help after the tour? Sorry to post this review but the buck stops with management. No guide should have to manage 9 guests alone in bad conditions.
