• Miro Tartufi - Guests are warmly welcomed with three homemade rakijas and elderflower water, followed by a brief pause and restroom break. Afterward, they follow in their vehicles for a picturesque 5-minute drive to our truffle grove and forest, offering a breathtaking view of Motovun. Participants join our skilled truffle hunters and two trained dogs, Bella and Lila, for a 1-hour truffle hunt through the grove and forest, discovering how truffles grow and how the dogs locate them.

Following the hunt, everyone returns to our home to gather in the summer kitchen for a delightful three-course truffle tasting. The experience begins with a variety of truffle spreads, cheeses, salami, and local olive oils. Next, scrambled eggs with freshly found truffles are prepared right before the guests. The experience concludes with our homemade truffle chocolate cake.

Throughout the event, stories about truffles, the region, and the family are shared. Our team is proficient in six languages, and a food anthropologist is included to enhance the experience.
