After the ceviche is served as an appetizer, the Lowcountry Boil will commence, with Captain B sharing his family’s recipe and secret ingredients. Guests will learn the correct timing and sequence for adding various ingredients. Once completed, guests can savor this meal while enjoying sunset views of Charleston’s most renowned creek.
