- Jvari Church - Jvari Monastery, a sixth-century Georgian Orthodox monastery, is situated near Mtskheta in eastern Georgia. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site along with other historic structures in Mtskheta. Perched on a rocky mountaintop at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, it is said that Saint Nino erected a large wooden cross here in the early 4th century, which attracted pilgrims due to its miraculous powers. Around 545, a small church named the “Small Church of Jvari” was built over the cross’s remnants.
- Jinvali Water Reservoir - The Zhinvali Dam, located on the Aragvi River in the Caucasus Mountains in Zhinvali, Georgia, is a hydroelectric dam. The Zhinvali Hydroelectric Power Plant features two turbines, each with a nominal capacity of 65 MW, totaling 130 MW. The Jinvali water reservoir is notable for its unique V shape and distinctive water color, offering stunning views.
- Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble - Situated about 45 miles (72 kilometers) from Tbilisi, Ananuri is a castle complex on the Aragvi River in Georgia. It was the seat of a feudal dynasty from the 13th century and witnessed numerous battles. The complex includes two churches: the older Church of the Virgin, dating from the first half of the 17th century, and the larger Church of the Mother of God (Ghvtismshobeli), built in 1689. The latter features a central dome style with richly decorated façades and contains remnants of frescoes, despite damage from an 18th-century fire.

Positioned on the right bank of the river Chkheri, a left tributary of the river Terek, it sits at an elevation of 2170 meters (7120 feet) beneath Mount Kazbegi. The church was constructed in the 14th century.
