• JPH Charters (Point of Embarkation) - Join us for an exciting trolling adventure, primarily targeting big game species. The experienced skipper will handle all the equipment and set the lure in the water. They will search for schools of birds to locate skipjack or yellowfin tuna. While searching for birds, you will be trolling lures for marlin, which can be caught anywhere from 1 to 15 km off the coastline. Feel free to ask questions, participate in the setup, and engage in the action once a strike occurs. We practice catch and release exclusively for Marlin and Sharks. You will often encounter dolphins and possibly even whales.

Just a few miles from the shore, you’ll find an abundance of species like blue and black marlins, mako sharks, tiger sharks, yellowfin tuna, dogtooth tuna, and many more. Big game fishing in Mauritius is available throughout the year, with the prime season for blue and black marlin fishing being from November to April.
