• Wat Huay Pla Kang - One of Chiang Rai’s most impressive temples has a 100-meter-high white Buddha that can be seen from afar. The highlight is the enormous Buddha inside. A lift takes you up to the Buddha’s head, where you can gaze out over the Chiang Rai landscape through the eyes of the statue.
