Unforgettable day with Sean - We were a group of 7 tourists in low season. On top. We were like the only ones in the world on the floating village and kayaking. Very few people on James Bond Island. 1h30 drive before reaching the port to take the longtail boat from the mangrove to the sea. Guide Sean and the driver were attentive. We stopped back to visit a temple in a cave and a waterfall with possibility to swim (too cool 😅). We really paid nothing else during the excursion except tips (the paddler is not paid) and souvenirs if needed.

James Bond Island - Very nice flight and the tour guide made the most complete currency and highly recommend that anyone who wants to cruise go with the same tour desk

A great one day tour to James Bond Island - It was definitely a good trip and one I would recommend. The long tail boat to the island was great. The canoeing around the caves was great. The time spent on James Bond island was also good. Lunch at the floating village was a good experience as well. It was a very hot day so by the time we got to the afternoon activities we didn't have as much enthusiasm as we did in the morning. We skipped the time seeing the monkeys and the temple to just sit in the shade. The last stop on the trip was to see a waterfall which was pretty unimpressive and not really worth the stop. All in all, it was a good trip and we are definitely glad we did it but I am not sure the 3 stops in the afternoon were worth it.

Great tour, boat could have been more professional - The tour guide Mai was very sweet and told us about every place before we went. The initial trail via mangrove forests was great! The canoeing through the cave was really fun and the boatman clicked amazing pics of us! James Bond island lived up to the hype and lunch was decent too.

Acceptable tour - The tour guide (Mai) was very nice and made herself understood. The tour was nice, but I expected more. James Bond Island is not as it is depicted in the photos, the water is very dirty. During the tour they give you water (room temperature, which means hot).

A longer than expected day. - The boat trip around the islands was breathtaking, the views are just out of this s world.
Be prepared for a long day.. We were picked up at 8:45 and didn’t get back until gone 7pm. This was due to being in a mini bus with others, which on all our other trips hasn’t been the case. The driver wasn’t the best, driving too fast a lot of the time. The water supplied throughout the day was warm.
Lunch was ok, but again a number of boats arrived at the same time and it was more like a military mess room than restaurant.
If I were looking to go to James Bond island and also kayak through the cave, there are trips that go by boat directly from Ao Nang beach, which is where we were staying.
I think more info should be out in the info.
That said memories were made.

Nice scenery and good kayaking, but very intense guide and unhelpful stops that detracted enjoyment. - The excursion had very nice moments, especially the visit to James Bond Island and the kayaking. However, the guide was too intense, with little freedom and too much pressure to buy. The extra stops were on the itinerary, but I think they should be optional, as they extend the day without adding value; a time at some beach would have enriched the experience much more. Still, the scenery and some sections of the tour were really nice and worth it.

An ok trip, but there is room for improvement - We found the trip a bit underwhelming. It was nice to tick off our list seeing James Bond Island, but once you have seen the view there is much else to see apart from a few shops selling the usual tourist souvenirs.
The other stops on the trip were also similarly underwhelming. The guide didn’t share any information about each location so we don’t find out about the history of each place.
The buffet lunch was not the best, not much choice and the food was cold unfortunately.
Be aware that you need to have your shoulders and knees covered when you visit the monkey temple (especially women). You will be charge to hire a sarong in order to go in. I had asked a couple of days before the trip if we need to bring anything specific and I was not told to bring anything to cover my legs so I would recommend for the tour provider to share that information with their guests before the trip.

Crowded - Very crowded, not at all what I expected. Lots of waiting around. Scenic but not a great tour, would not recommend during busy season. Maybe private tour would be okay.
