A fantastic way to experience Mumbai in just half a day - Neeraj was an amazing host! We recently took a half-day tour in Mumbai and was truly impressed by how much we were able to see and learn in such a short time. The tour was well-paced, informative, and perfectly suited for travelers with limited time. What really made the experience special was the guide, Neeraj — knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing insights into the city's culture, history, and daily life. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and the transportation was very clean, comfortable, and punctual. This tour gave us a real feel for the spirit of Mumbai and left me wanting to explore more. Highly recommended for a short yet meaningful introduction to the city!

Perfect private tour with Mr Ashad and Linda tours!! - Great tour with Ashad who tailored our trip precisely to our requirements. The car was very clean and large (SUV sized). He went out of his way to look after us - even stopping at a pharmacy to buy my wife something for her cough and cold. We spent the morning on tenterhooks awaiting the birth of his first child but he didn’t let that interfere with our trip. He had a baby girl later that afternoon!! Great communications from Linda tours. Very highly recommended.

A nice way to see Mumbai - Niraj picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel which was circa 45 minutes from the main attractions which helped immensely. He was polite and courteous and knew how to cut through the inevitable traffic. We visited 9 sites in total and didn’t feel under any time pressure. A bit more historical context on the tour would have helped but all in all, great value for money and would recommend.

Good guide, bad experience. - Private Mumbai Sightseeing Tour I was disappointed, although the price was very reasonable. I had received confirmation for 2, but a few days later, I was notified that due to the volume of travellers coming off the cruise ship, it would not be possible to provide private tours with no price adjustment. However, I didn’t really mind as it was to be a small group and I expected a sightseeing van. The van that picked us up was not suitable for sightseeing as the visibility was very poor. Half of the windows had either a large vertical column in the middle of the window or a 6-inch wide swath of paint on the outside of the window as part of an advertisement. One of the passengers sat next to the guide and complained repeatedly about not having a private tour. They then went on to monopolize the tour-guide’s attention through much of the tour, asking questions that could easily be answered by google, and then questioning him in detail about how they could arrange another outing for themselves the following day. We stood in the sun on the massive cricket field for 15 minutes in 30 degree weather while they asked all about the rules of cricket. The guide was very nice and very patient (too much so IMO), but seemed to have difficulty disengaging. Many of the architecturally interesting buildings in Mumbai have large walls and/or many, many large trees in front of them. It is hard to get much of a look at them and even more difficult to get a picture. I know that no one can be faulted for that.

Linda Tours Mumbai is horrible!! Almost messed up my Mumbai experience. - Horrible, Horrible experience. Dont tour with Linda Tours Mumbai!!! I was confirmed for a tour, made payment and no one ever showed up. When I tried calling nothing, I sent messages through TripAdvisor contact, no response whatsoever. When I tried asking for full refund, I no longer had access and of course no one to speak with. So now my $47.25 is gone and until now, no apology, reach out or anything. Linda Toura Mumbai is a scam. I'm still expecting my full refund since that is what I was charged for and never received the service. Almost ruined my time in Mumbai, but God bless others who stepped up. Don't use!!
