• Rajabai Clock Tower - Located within the University of Mumbai campus, the Rajabai Clock Tower is a world heritage site built in 1878. Pause to take photos as you pass by. Adjacent to it are the Bombay High Court building and the Oval cricket ground.
• Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus - Formerly known as Victoria Terminus, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus was built in 1888 and is one of India’s and Asia’s oldest and most magnificent railway stations. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is designed in the High Victorian Gothic architectural style. Opposite the station is the impressive Bombay Municipal Corporation building, constructed in 1884. • Marine Drive - Also referred to as the Queen’s Necklace, Marine Drive is a scenic boulevard along the sea. The road features art-deco style buildings that were popular in the 1930s.
• Hanging Gardens - Known as Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens, the Hanging Gardens is a 125-year-old park built on a hill over a water reservoir. It offers sunset views over the Arabian Sea and features numerous green hedges shaped like animals. Adjacent is Kamala Nehru Park, part of the Hanging Gardens, which is a botanical garden. The highlight is the panoramic view of the Queen’s Necklace and the city.
• Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum - Also known as Gandhi House, Mani Bhavan is a museum and historical building dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. It showcases Gandhi’s life through pictures, texts, films, and other displays, and includes a room once occupied by Gandhi.
• Dhobi Ghat - The Mahalaxmi Dhobi Ghat is a 138-year-old open-air laundromat. It is one of the few remaining traditional commercial laundries. The washermen, known as ‘Dhobis,’ work in the open to clean and dry clothes.
• Bandra-Worli Sea Link - The Bandra–Worli Sea Link is a modern cable-stayed bridge. As you drive across from the island city to the mainland suburb of Bandra, you can see the old Worli fort and fishing village.
• Mount Mary Basilica - This beautiful Roman Catholic Church was originally built in the 16th century and later rebuilt in 1761. The current church building was renovated in 1904 and features semi-Gothic architecture.
• Bandra Fort - Castella de Aguada, commonly known as Bandra Fort, was built by the Portuguese in 1640. This serene location offers a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and the city.
• Nehru Centre - An intriguing educational and cultural center, the Nehru Centre is a memorial to India’s first Prime Minister, Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru. Completed in 1977, the building boasts state-of-the-art architecture and design. It includes a library, art gallery, culture wing, and exhibition hall. The highlight is “Discovery of India,” a lifelong exhibition showcasing India’s artistic, intellectual, and philosophical achievements through the ages, aiming to reveal the country’s true identity.

• St. Thomas Cathedral Mumbai - St. Thomas Cathedral is the first Anglican Church, with its foundation laid in 1676 and opened in 1718. It is one of the oldest heritage buildings and has received the UNESCO Asia-Pacific heritage conservation award.
