For Reliable and Safe Tours in Mumbai, book Amaze Tours! - We booked Amaze Tours on the 28 June for a site seeing day trip in Mumbai as a family if 4, 2 Adults 2Kids but booked as 4 Adults for spacious car. Booking was made with ease and we were picked up by Gulsan, our driver was an amazing person, polite and professional and accommodating with our schedule and changes to the standard tour to suit our time in Mumbai. An excellent introduction... - An excellent introduction to Mumbai.
Our great guide Nannish(Nanno) was humorous, well organized, well spoken and very knowledgeable. Our driver cool, calm and skilful. We saw all the sights allotted, a great day had by all.
Would definitely recommend this shore excursion over a ship bought one.

Mumbai City Tour - Lovely day with very knowledgeable tour guide. Visited many city sights but it is a long day and on/off the bus frequently. Take plenty of water and snacks.

A good value... A good day. - Had only a few hours to make a 'tour' of Mumbai. 'Nano', our guide, was flexible in reconfiguring the itinerary. Our driver was adroit in navigating the traffic (chaos) of Mumbai - safely, and quickly. Saw many of the highlights by drive-by, and made a few stops. The Gandhi museum is quite informational, and worth the stop. The outside laundry is an interesting relic of an older British time, and worthy to see & observe AND to be bewildered by its presence today in the 21st century.
Abbreviated the tour to afford an opportunity to tour INSIDE the Taj Mahal Hotel, and walk around the Gateway of India monument of Mumbai. The pause/stop was worth it.
DO plan on a slow day and expect delays - traffic in much of Mumbai is chaotic Allow for the added time, or take a break and visit theTaj Mahal Hotel (older palace part).

BAIT AND SWITCH - AMAZE TOURS are unreliable! - I booked this trip two months before leaving on vacation and paid for it in advance. The day before I left they emailed me asking me to cancel my reservation. They said that a cruise was in port and that they were very busy and could no longer honor our reservation. When I wrote to tell them that I wanted to keep my reservation, they abruptly cancelled me. BAIR AND SWITCH. Do not use AMAZE TOURS unless you want to get ripped off!
