Abhi was the best tour guide - Abhi was our tour guide, he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and gave us a very authentic experience. Mumbai Past & Present - Highly recommended - Hardik provided an excellent tour. Such a lovely chap; friendly, kind and hugely informative. No question was too much trouble. A fascinating insight into Mumbai’s industry and culture from its Bombay past. Approx 4 hrs with a train ride too. Highly recommended. Xx

Fascinating Dabbawala, Dhobi Ghat and Dharavi tour with Abhi - We had a brilliant tour with Abhi visiting the Dabbawalas, Dhobi Ghat and Dharavi. It was one of the most interesting and eye opening things we did in Mumbai. Abhi explained the incredible logistics of the Dabbawala system in a really clear and engaging way, and seeing Dhobi Ghat up close was fascinating. The visit to Dharavi was particularly memorable. Abhi approached it with real respect and insight, showing us the huge amount of industry, skill and community there. He was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions throughout. Highly recommend doing this tour with Abhi if you want to understand the real side of Mumbai.

Highly recommended tour and guide! - I had an amazing experience exploring Dhobi Ghat and Dharavi with Rakesh as my guide. From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. At Dhobi Ghat, Rakesh explained the fascinating open-air laundry system, about how the workers operate, the history behind the place, and how the system functions so efficiently even today. During the Dharavi tour, Rakesh gave us a completely different and eye-opening perspective. He respectfully showed the strong sense of community, entrepreneurship, and hard work that define the area. His explanations about the various small-scale industries, recycling processes, and daily life were so inspiring! I truly appreciated how he conducted the tour with sensitivity and respect for the local residents. Rakesh answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable... Thanks to him, the experience was not just a tour, but a meaningful learning journey. I highly recommend Rakesh to anyone visiting Dhobi Ghat and Dharavi — you will leave with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of these incredible places!

Fantastic experience, great price/value - Great tour with our guide Hardik Tank, very knowledgeable; friendly and reliable. Contact with the guide was easy and quick and he really took his time to tell us everything about Indian culture; society and mythology. We felt very safe during the tour and enjoyed getting to know this side of Mumbai. - 100% recommend!

A Fabulous Experience - Our Guide Rakesh met us on time at the agreed location. He gave us some great insights & knowledge about the whole area & then took us on a fascinating insightful walk through Dhobi Ghat & the enterprise business area. He made the visit interesting, humorous and unforgettable. He was courteous and attentive throughout the tour & made sure that we were comfortable along the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending this tour & Rakesh to anybody. 5 stars all the way.

A great experience with a great host! - I had Bhaarti as my tour guide and she was amazing ! The laundry was extremely interesting and it was great to see the inside and have a real tour. Dharavi was also eye opening. Bhaarti was a great tour guide; very informative and funny and made our tour a pleasant and informative day out. I think the local train ride sets this tour apart! Don’t hesitate to do it. Great value for money
